Dr. Gregg C. Castillo, MD is a genuinely caring physician with an excellent bedside manner. He is patient, listens to concerns, and makes visits pleasant. Patients describe him as an amazing healthcare provider who is very professional and remembers them. The doctors are wonderful, the office is always clean and peaceful, and service is very prompt. The phlebotomist is amazing, professional, and pleasant. However, the front desk staff could be more pleasant; they are professional but can seem impersonal, with customer service that could use some training. Patients are grateful to have found him as their GP.
Dr Gregg has been my PCP for over 12 years. He is patient, takes his time and really actively listens to your needs. He always greets his patients with a smiling face. Very well educated on whole mind/body connection.

The doctors are great, but I had a very rude encounter with Genesis this morning. They definitely need training on how to communicate better with patients.

Both my parents have been with Dr. Gregg Castillo for 3 years or so and have been very pleased with him. Dr. Castillo not only is patient but listens to their concerns. Thank you Dr. for making their doctor visits pleasant.
