Terrible experience. Dr. Bhagyashree Lad provided me with the wrong prescription TWICE. I went back to tell her that the new prescription was making me dizzy, and she ignored all of my concerns and essentially told me that my eyes needed to adjust. I went to a different doctor that provided me with the correct prescription. Never going there again.

The experience with the Doctor was outstanding kudos on that. The problem myeyedr has is with the front desk. Some of the staff at the front (Ms. Gypsie) are very unprofessional and provide a poor customer service experience. This is very disappointing since I have been coming to this location for 21 yrs. When Dr. Rachel was still there. And she was fantastic along with her staff. Another lost customer.

The staff is friendly, the doctors are great, but I have to say I've never had such a hard time getting a hold of a human being to answer my calls. I live close to the practice, and I've literally driven there on several occasions to personally ask them to address my needs. Not a good look.

Good customer service and the doctors are smart and good at explaining what's going on with your eyes. Selection could be bigger but it's still good. If you have avesis, it's good coverage.

Have been going to this location for last 4 years. The OD who I saw was very cold and boarder line insulting . Expensive even with insurance prices went up almost 50 pct. When I pointed out the fact I was given a coupon for 200$ off. When I tried to redeem the rebate was for $15, and I understand now that It was clearly given to me as a was to get rid of me!I will not return!

While I did have a positive experience with the optometrist during my recent visit, I must express my deep disappointment with the front desk receptionist and the technician responsible for measuring my eyes. From the moment I walked into the establishment, I was greeted by a receptionist who seemed disinterested and unfriendly. Her lack of eye contact and her overall demeanor left much to be desired.My disappointment continued throughout my visit, as the only aspect I found enjoyable was my interaction with the actual optometrist. The technician responsible for conducting my eye measurements, while not unpleasant, certainly did not leave me with any reason to sing praises.What truly soured the experience was the feeling that I was being aggressively pushed to purchase items and services that I did not need. Rather than providing a welcoming atmosphere and offering the best value for my money, it felt like I was caught in an upselling strategy aimed at increasing charges for the sake of commissions. The technician's demeanor noticeably shifted when I decided to purchase only my eye exam and not my lenses and frames from their establishment.Regrettably, this overall experience has led me to the decision not to return to this location for my eye care needs. It is my sincere hope that the staff, particularly the front desk and technicians, receive the necessary training in customer service to ensure that future patients are treated with the warmth, professionalism, and respect they deserve.

I went into the store on Voss and San Felipe to inquire about frames and to look at them. There was a sign on the door " Be back at 3:00". It was after 4:00, not sure why the sign was there. I asked if there were any clear glass frames. The person behind the desk said something but I couldn't hear her. Instead of her rising up to greet me, she was sitting there mumbling something. I came closer to hear and she said I would need to give her my ID. To look at frames? I'm not even trying them on, merely wanting to see if there were any clear frames so that I could bring my grand daughter in to try them on. I felt this was very strange and left immediately. It made me wonder if this is a store front for other clandestine business. If this truly is a store, there must be customer service training. The customer should be greeted at very minimum and help rendered for whatever brought the person into the store. We will take our business to the Eyeglass Gallery!

A doctor there was a bit condescending because I wanted my old prescription and he was saying that's not my prescription but I told him the prescription he wanted to give me was making me see blurry.

I had an amazing experience!!! I booked an appt at 9PM the night before and got it to be seen the next day. I’m embarking on a new career and good vision is a necessity for it. Dr. Tran was extremely personable, knowledgeable and kind! He even offered me advice on how to navigate my new career.Leeza/Abby was very very nice and professional as well! She gave me great advice, helped me pick out my glasses and taught me how to put in/take out contacts. Her tips made me feel super comfortable to work with contacts at home. I’m extremely glad that I came to this location!

Dr Lad, her tech, Abby, and the General Manager, Tee, were all very professional and knowledgeable. I will return to the MyEyeDr location on South Voss at San Felipe.

I had the best experience today. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Tee helped me with my glasses and how they would look best on me. The eye doctor gave me a lesson regarding various issues that might be developing in the rest of your body. It is nice to know the purpose of the eye exam. I would definitely recommend. You will receive phenomenal customer service.

I scheduled a same-day appointment at Northline for a (first-time contact wearer) vision exam and it was simply amazing! The staff who administered my exam were very professional and super friendly! They consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable with all things that were done and that I understood everything going on with my eyes. The technician who helped me learn how to put my contacts in made the entire experience stress free! I'm going to continue to use MyEyeDr for all my vision needs because they've officially provided the best optometry service I've gotten in 10 years!!

The practice has change hands. Not like the way Dr. Ripley would have run it. Service is down. Sorry. I have to go else way. It was a long time favorite.
