Well, I love DSW and do not plan to stop going because I always find shoes I like at a good price, I felt like I had to leave or review because I spend so much money there. The shoes are out of order and the boxes are in the wrong places. And the bathroom was utterly disgusting. No toilet paper at noon on a Monday, the walls are dirty, floor is dirty, the toilet brush is out and absolutely disgusting.

An excellent place to buy shoes - it has a large outlet section - shoe boxes have a colored crown and there is a discount depending on the color of the crown. Yellow, for example, means that the shoe has a 60% discount, and the discount starts from 20%, then 30%, and so on. Excellent offers, socks of excellent materials, and evening glasses for $15 each. A place worth visiting

The manager, Natasha, let me in to make a return, when I arrived at 9:02 p.m. she didn't want me to have to drive back, and told me they were staying late for inventory anyway. All I can say is just wow, this is customer service. She's definitely made me a loyal customer.

Super uncomfortable shopping experience, felt like I was shopping in the ghetto and not in Post Oak. African American Security guard kept following anyone with brown skin so basically if you're Caucasian or Hispanic you can easily steal from here because the security guard will stalk only the brown shoppers. Wont be coming back!
