Very bad service, they do not respect the prices you have and the employees do not give the correct information. I just bought a pair of shoes and the employee is all arrogant, as if someone is coming to ask, they should improve the customer service area.

The store is beautiful with ample parking, the staff very helpful, and the selection is awesome. Disappointed in the new "no bag" policy - if you're walking, on transit, or have multiple items you're gonna have a big problem trying to carry your purchases.

Thank you to Yessenia and Vee for an amazing shopping experience. They were very helpful they even stayed past closing to help me with an online order. I recently had to come in for another online order issue and Yessenia and Leslie were an amazing help super helpful. This location has amazing customer service and will most definitely be back!

I would like to take time out to Thank Bree again for going out her way to assist me. She was in the middle of doing packages. She stopped to make sure I was doing okay and she even recommended some comfortable shoes (Kelly Katie heel) for a funeral I was going to attend. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. Her customer service was GREAT!!! :) THANK YOU BREE HNY!

The associate was so rude to me during a pickup of my order. I was so unsettled that I will NEVER GO BACK. I have been going to DSW Stores for years and have never been so embarrassed by an employee. I see that this store has a low rating already and I definitely know why. The associate number is "supposedly" 2905.

I did not make a purchase today because the customer service was nonexistent. I walked around the store and not one associate asked if I needed help or if I was finding what I needed alright. I actually would’ve appreciated some help because I was intending on making a purchase. Two employees were lolly-gagging about their personal business and acted as though they weren’t even at work. One of the ladies was putting on her waist trainer and on FaceTime with her man who was in jail. This was my first and last visit to this DSW. I hope management sees this review. You all need to do better. It was a disgusting experience.
