I like that there are self serve kiosks, but no directions on what to do if there is a sensor on the shoes.

Not one staff member offered to help me find footwear in my size. Store is organized and clean however no one there was eager to make a sale. I understand them not hovering over me and overselling a product but really? No one offered to help? There were only two customers in the store throughout my 20 minute search. Oh well. Back to Amazon.

How can anyone find what they are looking for when the shoes are in such oddball groupings? Oh! They can't. Took a shoe to front counter to ask where I could find the display.... 3 sales people and the store manager didn't even know if it was a men's or women's. The entire store was a wreck with shoes in incorrect sections, not even shown on the shelf, and the boxes are jumbled. If the store was busy, I can understand. There were 5 customers! The workers were not working and the Mgr was useless. DSW will be the next retail store to file for bankruptcy. (It might take a while, because everyone there doesn't care one way or another.) Oh yeah, turn down the music - this is not a nightclub!

I spent the weekend searching for some heels for a wedding I was going to. The kind gentleman with long hair was incredibly sweet and supportive. He assisted me in finding the right shoe size and even helped me skip ahead in the checkout line. Thank you!

This location has hardly any shoes, yet somehow is disorganized. I’ve come several times since they renovated. Very disappointing and unlike every other DSW.

Dropped in to look at man's clearance section. Tiny, only one set of shelves for men and lots of clearance for women. Price is okay but not all that cheap.

Don’t waste your time here!!! I ordered shoes in this store to have shipped to the store for pick up. I get an email confirmation stating the pick up was ready and when I go to the store, the manager Gwen tells me I can’t leave with them because of a system issue, and that it could also be because there’s a hold for the money with my bank. My payment processed completely, and I wasted time coming to the store. Gwen said she did not know weather or not the shoes were there but if they were she wouldn’t let me leave with them. I was told to call back to see if the system issues were fixed and to pick up my shoes. I call back, and was told they’re ready to be picked up. I was excited until I get the shoes and open the box only to find USED SHOES with hair inside. I paid for brand new shoes so I was extremely disappointed to find out that the shoes had been switched by the supervisor for used ones. Wasted time completely.
