Visit was great!
Mike made it really easy for me. Came in and told him what I wanted for the Toyota Tacoma he gave knowledgeable responses and helped me through the process. He even offered me a loaner truck in order to expedite the process! We got the Tacoma some all terrain tires as well as getting hubcentric wheel
Spacers to make The stance more wide.

As a first-time customer, I was very clear that I wanted to identify the source of the oil leak(s) in my truck and requested an exact cost estimate before any work was done. After dropping off my truck at 7:30 AM, I received a call a few hours later stating the leak was coming from the valve cover gasket and that fixing it would resolve the issue.
Later that day, I was informed they needed to add dye and clean the existing oil to properly diagnose the problem. When I asked why this wasn’t done initially, I was told, “That would make sense, but I’m new, and it’s hard to tell exactly where it’s coming from.” They acknowledged the oversight and performed the additional work at no cost.
When I picked up my truck, I was told the leak was resolved and that there was no oil underneath my truck, but this was not accurate—there was still oil underneath, dripping, and causing a small oil patch. The result is a standing offer for a free follow-up visit to properly diagnose the issue, which is what I had requested and was willing to pay for from the start.
While I appreciate the efforts to make it right, the process could have been handled more efficiently and honestly from the beginning. I wanted the cleaning, the dye, and the diagnosis done correctly the first time to have a thorough initial diagnosis. This would have saved both time and effort for everyone involved.

Visit duggy’s garage for a quick alignment and left a happy customer. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and professional. I appreciated him updating me on the progress of my car while I was in the waiting area. They took it for a test drive afterwards and luckily didn’t find any issues. Will definitely be back!

Duggy’s did a clean job on my J200 however the job done was incredibly expensive, $275 for an oil change is very high. It looks like they’ve recently moved into a brand new very nice building but that overhead is definitely being factored into their service costs. There’s a 2 other options I’ve found on IH8MUD and Reddit that specialize in Land Cruiser’s which I won’t name here to avoid any perceptions of a conflict of interest. The one shop I took it to charged me $120 all in for Mobil 1 full synthetic with OEM Toyota oil filter just to give an example. While they did a great job, I won’t return here till their prices come down some to reflect their actual value.

Powder Coat Job #1, faded after 3 months

Powder Coat Job #2, started rusting 10 days later
DO NOT USE DUGGY'S FOR ANY OF YOUR POWDER COATING NEEDS! The powder coaters that they use do a very poor job. I would think a shop that charges these kind of rates would use higher quality powder coaters. Since my first experience with them was postitive, I was a repeat customer. I've spent a total of $5,650 with them. I trusted them to take delivery of my C4 Fab steel bumper and to get it powder coated by someone reputable. They have lost me after this experience.
September 2023 was when my bumper was delivered to Duggy's and they took it to their powder coater that they used at the time. I picked up my truck the first week of October 2023. Three months pass and my bumper is lightly fading. July 2024, my bumper has significantly faded and started showing rust underneath the coating and this was when I contacted Duggy's. They saw my pictures and said that it should never look like that in less than a year. They agreed to take my truck back and will re-do my bumper free of charge because it was their powder coater's fault. They will be using a different powder coater this time. The service advisor blamed it on a 'bad batch' of powder that their original powder coater used. After I bring my truck home; 10 days later, this new coating is now showing rust after a heavy rain. I reach back out to Duggy's and now they are saying that it may be 'outgassing' issues with the steel/welds of the bumper and to reach out to C4 Fabrications. I reach out to C4 and send them pictures of the issues from the first and second powder coating jobs and they confirmed that it was due to poor prepping. Duggy's response to that is that I will have to fork over $600+ for the labor to remove the accessories/bumper and they will get the powder coating redone for me.
Is it wrong of me to think that this is ridiculous that they expect me to cover the labor when I trusted them to get this job done right the first time?

Duggy’s is the gold standard, some might even say the platinum standard. Incredibly helpful, super friendly and communicative, and the work was perfect. Will definitely be using them in the future!
