Excellent customer service. The associate was by herself yet she was able to provide Excellent service to everyone in the store. She was friendly, welcoming and very efficient.

Today was the second time coming and the manager wasn't pleasant with my sister. She didn't want her to unfold anything. She made the statement that she had to fold it correctly. It took everything inside me not to say anything. How is anyone suppose to view an item? It was an unpleasant visit again. She lacks great customer service.

The store opened at 10 am. I had to stand outside waiting for someone to show up for 20 minutes. I was late to my grandfather’s funeral because I had to wait 20 minutes to pick up a sports coat. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this location. I feel bad for the manager because she had to cover for some other employee’s incompetence.

3/29.. UPDATE.. I PLACED AN ORDER THIS MORNING. IT SAID ONLINE THAT IT WOULD BE READY BY 2:00. JUST WENT TO THE STORE. THEY ASKED ME IF I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION I SAID THAT THE ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY BY 2:00. GOT TOLD IT WASN'T READY SO WENT AHEAD AND HAD IT CANCELED. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WITHIN 2 WEEKS THAT MULTIPLE STORES HAVE DONE THIS ORDER NOT COMPLETED NOR READY ON TIME. THIS IS WHY AMAZON IS PUTTING THE STORES OUT OF BUSINESS..
The store canceled my order without any reason. I was going to pick it up on Sunday. Rachel hung up on me before I can finish asking about my order. Very disrespectful

Husband has been shopping online with the store, but now we need to shopping together in person. I love this store. Amazing customer service, great clothing and selection. We went back, and we'll go back again!
