HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!!!The customer service here was PITIFUL.They kept giving my fiancé the up down because he works in law enforcement.I came here for a job and that’s all there is to it.We are all human and the fact that they had the audacity to have ugly attitudes towards him due to a uniform is plain childish.UNPROFESSIONAL!no one knew anything I had talked about on the phone the day before arriving for the service.The tone in his voice towards me was rude as I had to explain who I talked to…what services would be done & the price they quoted me.If you EVER go here MAKE SURE YOU GET A NAME AND TIME YOU CALLED AND WRITE THE PRICE THEY QUOTED YOU.They will act like they don’t know you spoke with them.I would NEVER RETURN.I will say the job got done for a decent price.

Do NOT go to this mechanic if you dont know anything about cars!!! Ive taken my car to this shop a few times & i trusted them to fix my car & its still having the same issues only to find out they are putting used parts in my car after telling me specifically NOT to put used parts in my vehicle. Ive spent so much money at this shop trusting that they would fix my car and in some cases they did ... but they wont be getting anymore business from me!
