Beware, if you need a knee scooter, they display 4 nice sturdy scooters in excellent condition, with baskets, and when they bring out the one they have "available", it's rickety without a basket. Very disappointing. Classic bait & switch. Very poor customer service. I'm no fool, no sale!

This company is a rip off. They don't refund money to people that return equipment. I had a bed for my mom. I was charged over $700. I needed the bed for a shorter time because my mom ended up going into hospice. Hospice provided the equipment she needed. I called the company to return the bed and now they won't give me any of my money back. How cruel to take advantage of a person when you are in an emotional situation.

I needed to rent a recliner for a procedure I was having. E-Care made that easy. The chair was delivered as promised and picked up in a timely manner. James was very polite and careful getting the recliner out the front door without any scratches.
