Very profesional staff. I had to move stuff to New York while being in New York, they gave access to my friends that helped me and held my key. Also, one of my friends didn’t close my unit properly, and they put a brand new lock at no extra charge. Price increased by 20 bucks within 6 months, I know they probably sent me an email to notify, but a text or a call would have been better.

This is a very nice storage facility, Mr Doug is sooooo nice, courteous, helpful, and professional. You can also rent a U-Haul at this location. I highly recommend EADO Storage for your storage needs. Very clean also.

I have been a customer since 2019 and never had an issue with my account. In June I noticed that my account was past due. I called EADO to update the card on file and authorized charges to bring my account up to date. I spoke with Doug who stated he would update my account.Fast forward to September, I found out that my unit had been sold on July 18th. What I was able to find out was that my card info was applied to another account with the same name. Additionally a payment was charged to my account on August 1st.
I cannot comprehend the gross negligence of customer service. When I spoke with Doug the manager in September he stated that I wasn't notified because I wasn't opted into text messaging.
The issue is that had my card info been applied to the correct account, my unit would have never gone to auction. EADO storage and management have not availed themselves to help me in this situation.
I also need an answer as to when corporate will refund the payment they took on August 1st

The facility was clean and property manager who signed me up was professional and assuring that the security was on point.
Unfortunately, I went to the facility today and 95% of my storage was stolen from my unit which was on the third floor. Hopefully, security will be better from the inside out and the outside in so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Just absolutely first-rate from start to finish. Doug and his team are class acts and as helpful as could be. The facility itself is incredibly clean and climate-controlled. A+.

If there’s one thing a person needs during the rough times of moving is a reliable and secured storage unit- EADO is that. Fully gated and just about everything requires the code given to you. They also have many buggies and elevators on both sides. Super easy and CLEAN!!! One of the cleanest places I’ve seen in Houston. Definitely recommend
