I’m sad to make this review being that this was my favorite car wash for years. But unfortunately they’ve let me down big time. I went in Sunday late evening and paid $85 plus 18% tip to have my SUV’s leather seats conditioned. It took about 25 minutes from the moment I paid until I got the text message letting me know my car was ready. I was very skeptical of the work they had done on my SUV given the fast turn around, but the manager and one of the employees assured me that my seats were conditioned. When I hopped in my car the first thing I noticed was 1. No scent 2. No shine or conditioning to my seats and 3. No paper on top of the driver’s seat floor mat. It was close to closing time so I didn’t want to complain then, i figured the employees were ready to go home and I was being considerate, so I planned to come by the next day after work. However, the next day I got caught up at work and couldn’t go, but I went today (Tuesday) after work and was denied any type of remedy to the situation instead I was given many excuses as to why they couldn’t do anything for me. Had I known the “conditioning of the seats” was going to be nothing but a fake charge I would’ve very well saved the extra $50 and gotten a QTIP (basic) service only, or perhaps none at all. I was told the scent is by request only, and the paper mat is also by request only.My advice to anyone looking to go here: 1. Don’t get anything beyond the basic QTIP service. Save your $. There’s no guarantee you’ll get those extra services.2. If you have a complaint make sure you do it right then and there, regardless of the time, do not consider the employees otherwise management will not accept it at a later date. 3. If you want the small things that are automatic at other car washes such as: scent & a paper mat, make sure you request them.

Pretty sure at some point someone who works here took a plastic bag full of change with at least $100+ from my car. I can’t find it anywhere and the only people that have ever been in my car besides myself for extended periods of time is the employees here. I don’t get my car washed anywhere else.The bag of change was either in the trunk or under my passenger seat. I’ve looked everywhere and it’s gone! If it was a few quarters I wouldn’t care but an entire bag full?? Come on. Someone must have seen something… I never paid much mind to it unless I did something that required quarters so I just realized it’s missing tonight although I’m sure it’s been a while since it’s been gone. Super messed up, I work hard for my money change or not. I always tip them too. ☹️ I’ll be looking for a new car wash place.I’ll also mention, someone took or threw away a freshly rolled joint once as well. I let it slide cuz screw it, they cleaned my car, I charged it to the game and didn’t trip. But damn my change too?! Train your employees better or put cameras, something to deter theft!

I was told by an employee to come before 7:30 to get a car wash. I told him I would arrive at 7:25 he said okay. I arrived and was told they are closed and can’t wash my Audi Q8. I used to come here for years. I have sent many people to this company. They called an intoxicated manager to explain how everything was put up already. At the same time I was looking at 2 cars being washed so that did not make any sense. I am extremely disappointed and will be opening a new car wash within 16 months. My first time here. My car had seen better days, and my car needed to be cleaned. I chose the full detail package, and my car came out like new all stains were gone car was very clean outside & inside!

Absolute Crooks! We booked to have a delivery van cleaned with a $270 package. We secured the plan with a $35 deposit. When I called to confirm the van was ready, they wanted to charge us over $400! I explained that I did not need nor order the special wax and extras. It's a delivery van! Without authorization, they placed us on a plan not listed, costing more than $400. I spoke to a rude and condescending lady who only escalated the matter. BEWARE!!!

Made the old Ram shine like new! They’re very friendly and their waiting room is very comfortable. Free wine and Wi-Fi. Great experience as always.

DO NOT GO HERE! I rarely, if ever, am upset enough to write reviews, but my experience here was terrible. I took my car to be washed here back in July, and they snapped part of the “Macan” emblem off the back of my car. It was $240 to replace, and when I reached out two weeks after the incident, they agreed to at least refund me the cost of the car wash. They changed their tune the next day though and offered to give me a $45 gift certificate instead (since according to them it only would have been $45 if they had replaced the emblem). I followed up to let them know I would prefer a refund at which point I was “passed off to administration” who has yet to get back to me in a month and a half despite me following up twice.Addition on 9/12 in response to Eagle's response: You did not try to get back to me. On 8/2, I was told it'd been passed along to administration. I emailed on 8/4 to check in, and you all replied that it was still with administration. I emailed on 9/4, and I received no response. I have even checked my junk mail to make sure I didn't miss something. In regards to waiting two weeks-I was waiting to see the cost to repair before saying anything because if it was less than the cost of the wash, I would have asked to be reimbursed the lesser of the two. I have a time stamped photo from immediately after the car wash when I got home and noticed the damage that I am happy to provide to show that it was indeed you all. I am seeking to provide information to people, like myself, who read reviews before selecting a business so they can be informed. Any damage to your reputation could have been averted if you had done the right thing.

I’ve been going to Eagle hand car wash for some time now and this last service was very disappointing. I’ve been told they are under new management and that just might be the reason they just lost my business! The little girl they have working there is RUDE. While waiting for my suv to get detailed a few of the others waiting mentioned how rude she is. Definitely not a people’s person whatsoever! Places people on hold & never returns to the phone and is constantly walking around looking down on her personal phone.They used to offer Rain checks (which in Houston is very important because with our weather, we just never know) I was disappointed to find out today that they stopped offering rain checks because they were losing out on money. Definitely felt like I was scammed! BETTER OFF GOING TO MR. CAR WASH or another well known place that offers guaranteed rain checks! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The customer service is awful. I went in with a $150 grift card that evidently expired 3 months ago which I had no idea since it was written so small on the bottom and they wouldn't honor it or even a portion of if even though I was getting a $300 dollar clean.

I really like this car wash, only because normally when the young lady who is normally here is EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable about the services rendered. There was another employee here today that was definitely NOT as friendly and pretty short with me when he ask me a question about my vehicle. (A little arrogant) if I had to say so.The workers really seemingly work extremely HARD I must say.I would kindly suggest that the gentleman visit the ‘ Customer Site’ on how to treat ALL customers of ALL origins or ethnicity.

Giving 3 stars bc I didn't actually get to my car washed to test the actual quality of their washes, I wasn't able to get passed the front desk. I went this morning at 8am, it was me and 1 other car that was already almost done. The lady at the front desk was on the phone for at least 10 min when I walked in, answering which seemed like redundant questions over the phone from a customer. She never signaled or told me, "I'll be right with you" hangs up the phone rolling her eyes and then looks at me like "what?" Lol. I ask about how long it'll be she says rudely about an hour, 50 min minimum. That attitude and rude customer service? No thank you! I rather go somewhere that wants my business! Went to Luckys down the street, Extremely nice and welcoming, they did an amazing job and had me in and out in less that 40 min

Not usually one to post poor reviews, but we got our sedan detailed a few weeks back and thought initially that they’d done a beautiful job. However, I was clearing out the back of the car (it’s a 2-door and we rarely even use the back seat) and when I touched the carpeted floor, it was soaked! We used an upholstery wet vacuum and sucked out about 1/2 a gallon worth of water that was left behind! Thank goodness no mold grew in that time. We are extremely disappointed considering this isn’t an inexpensive service.

Took my car in on a Saturday at 6:30 p.m. before they closed and they were able to do a wash, wipe down, and shampoo of my carpets and mats. I had dropped a drink on the passenger side and needed something quick and they were there for me. They did a really great job!
