A lucky find during an unfortunate day. While casually driving home one afternoon, I was hit by a truck that badly damaged my car. After dealing with the headache of the day and hours of waiting for a tow truck, I brought my car to a local shop close to where I live. When I dropped my car off in the evening, I was met by Tony, who quickly went to work assessing the damages. During my short visit, Tony provided me with an estimate of the repair costs that I could submit to the insurance company. Throughout the insurance investigation phase, Tony was very prompt in providing the necessary information to the insurance company. He answered all my questions and provided an accurate date for when I could pick up my vehicle. I had expectations of what my car would look like after the accident, and what I saw when I walked up to the shop exceeded those expectations. Tony went above and beyond and restored my car to its former glory. If you need bodywork, look no further—you’ll be in good hands at East End Collision. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Antonio (who I believe may be the owner of shop - never asked but he is who I worked with), was amazing! He always texted right away, always took my calls, and even was patient enough to speak on the phone with my mother on 3-way so I could ask him a million questions! He’s been polite, honest, and professional the whole way through. I felt like I could really trust this shop and my car was practically sparkling when I picked it up. They even washed my car for me totally unprompted! It came back to me cleaner than I gave it to them. The pricing was honest and fair, and he worked with me and my insurance. I’ll definitely be back if anything ever happens again — Antonio will be the first I call and I’m recommending to all my loved ones. GREAT SHOP!Service: Painting

I crashed my 2021 car and even though the parts took forever to get here. The team at East end collision did such a good job with my car that you can't even tell its been crashed. It might even drive better than It used to and they took half off my deductible.I will happily use their service again. Best mechanic experience I've had so far.

Very unprofessional, lied about the timing, and the process. Had the vehicle over 3 weeks and still not done with a job that he said it would only be a 2 weeks job or less. Got inside the car and it had cat paws all on the seat, along with leaves all over the front and back. Dropped the car there with a full tank, picked it on a half of tank of gas. Pulled off the lot and the tires was low, very unprofessional. Never will I bring any future vehicles or recommend this place of business.

I wanted to take my car somewhere that would match the color my car perfectly and I’m so glad I trusted East End Collision with the job. They did so good on my car, from the repairs, the paint job and the wash and polish they even cleaned it and polished it, looks like new! Antonio was very nice and helpful as well. 100% recommend.
