  Ask for Daniel! Great guy. Super helpful and patient. My truck was stolen and ended up at their facility. Repair was needed, but I chose to move the vehicle to a shop closer to my office.

  I have been really patient with this company and I do not recommend. I have never been in a vehicle claim accident and had to deal with all the problems I have went through with this company.
  I have no idea how they found me but after a fatal accident someone from the company reached out. After speaking with them I put my trust in the workers fora seedy/accurate repair.
  My car entered the shop in July once entered I was told that it would take a week and a half. The week and a half turned into 2 weeks, 3 weeks and than an entire month. The worker would get mad because I wanted to speak with him over the phone vs texting and have updates on my car. He would also get mad because he would tell me information like “it’s done just needs to be painted” and than the next two days some how I’m waiting on a part after he had just informed me that it was ready for paint. The co worker was very rude and lacked communication and because they send out texts every Tuesday I guess that’s the only update your allowed to receive on your vehicle. I then started to work with the manager due to the complications with the worker. The manager helped me and was nice until he no longer wanted to be bothered with me and my car anymore. I complained about my brand new bumper disconnected after 2 weeks from receiving the vehicle and My engine light was also on. They attempted to fix the problems and than after having my car for another week i received it back and after two days my bumper disconnected again and my engine light is back on. Now because I believe they are tired of fixing mistakes or they just don’t know how to fix my particular vehicle I was blocked on the managers telephone. Once I called the company the manager basically is saying it’s my fault for the damage of my vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility for the pore work performed the customer is the one being blamed. He claims it was tugged on as I explained to him if a vehicle was tugged on underneath we would of felt a tug, heard a crack, snap or something. There’s entirely no way a bumper would disconnect from getting caught on something and a sound or movement was not felt or heard. My vehicle has not been driven like that due to a major personal injury which the manager down played and basically made fun of over the phone saying i quote “doesn’t matter what your injury is, if you didn’t have legs etc” which was beyond a disrespectful and disgusting statement. I have never in my life Dealt with so many problems or disrespect with a car place. I do not recommend to anyone. And I will be passing it on to connected parties through the insurance world. Not only did they have my car all together for a month and a half but my car is still not fixed. My bumper is still disconnected, engine light still on, the paint job is not blending in to the front fenders so it’s entirely two noticeable different colors, along with A supposedly new front light that is either not working or dying when it’s suppose to be brand new. I have multiple complaints that I was willing to bypass as long as two things could be resolved on my car but after the smart comment about my injury and this horrible experience everyone should know. And a complaint will be applied to this company.

  If I could give them a 0 I would.... Horrible people!!! My truck was stolen, I received a call from the constables office it was dropped off there... I called and confirmed it was there. Next morning I show up to pick it up, they advise me "if vehicle does not start, you will have to get it towed out " to which I replied ok. (Hence I work for Harris county and had confirmed with the deputy that found my truck it was running when they found it)... They finally sent a young man with me to go see my truck... We found it will not start, me being a technician I assumed possible starter bad, alarm needs to be disabled...I asked the young man if I could bring some tools to check it right quick to which he friendly replied " sure I don't see why not, it is your truck" so we walked to the front to grab my tools right quick and that's where it got interesting!!! A rude older man came out of the office questioning why I had tools in my hand?? I replied "oh I just wanted to check and see if I disable the alarm my truck will start, it won't take me but 5 minutes " he responded by telling me no one is allowed to work on vehicles on the tow yard, that Harris county can find them if they see anyone back there...etc .etc ... I told him I work for the county and it shouldn't be a problem... To please just let me check if it starts right quick ... Then that's when he got rattled and told me to get out of his lot and I was not allowed back without a tow truck .... I eventually ended calling a tow truck to come get my truck thinking nothing of it but when I finally got my truck home I got a nasty surprise!!! These fraudulent, nasty people are just like or worse then the ppl that stole my vehicle!!! I found out these ppl at the tow yard removed the starter relays, ignition relays to cause the no start condition... I'm assuming they were hoping my vehicle would stay longer there and they could charge me a lot more money!!! Just a bunch of thieves!!! I can't imagine how many ppl they have done this to??? Making money out of ppls suffering!!! Below is the picture of the relays they removed to cause the no start you can clearly see they had just been removed 🤬!!! Everyone please check your vehicles thoroughly if it ends up at this place!! I guarantee you they will try to rip you off like they tried with me!!! (They will say they're not associated with the tow yard but it is a lie they are the same facility, just nasty thieving disgraceful ppl)

  Absolutely horrible customer service & disrespectful to the elderly. Very unsatisfactory repair. Seems to prey on unsuspecting & trusting people. Wesley McCabe specifically. Didn't offer to make it right. Didn't apoligize so I guess his take was it is what it is!

  They are the worst, my truck has been going on for four months and they haven't finished it and the bad thing is that the insurance has already paid and that's why they don't care, my experience with them has been very bad, the truth is I would never recommend them

  Eastex is Amazing. Did great work on all my vehicles and they turned out great! They always keep intouch to make sure we were happy with the repairs!

  Are by far the worst service. They didn't complete the work on my car. They didn't reset my sensors and didn't do a wheel alignment. Avoid my phone calls. Hang up on me when I called. Then try to play mental games, as if I didn't know anything about my vehicle. The worst. For my car to get fix is 1,100.00. Thanks for nothing.

  They will steal out your car here so be careful if your car is towed here. They stole two pair of shoes from my car
