I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries (sorry for not taking pictures). I'm the photos they look like the strawberries are small and there's A LOT of chocolate on them, but the strawberries are really big and while there is a lot of chocolate in them, it's not majority chocolate and a small strawberry. Let's just say I'm more of a fan of just plain fruits not dipped in chocolate. But I will shop again. And side note : I didn't know that there was so few stores that remain open, there used to be many more open, not sure what happened, maybe Covid.

If I can rate this store lower than a 1 I would. Friday April 25th. The customer service over the phone was horrible. After I placed the order I waited an hour to receive an email order confirmation. So I drove to the downtown location and went in asking for an order confirmation. The young lady gave me a printed copy that was cut off. Once I got back to work I noticed there was no information about what I ordered on the receipt ugh!!! So I called , no answer! About 1pm I spoke with someone that explained my order was out for delivery. I asked to email the order information because the printout with the receipt did not have the order information.
Once again, I waited on this email never received an email. I went back up there. I received an invoice with the I work for name was spelled incorrectly. After all the Customer Service issues I had the fruit on the tray were not good. I don’t understand how this is acceptable the flowers that came With the fruits were horrible. The strawberries were bruised and mushy. The pineapple doves the chocolate melted and the grapes were brown and bruised. I should have read The reviews before I ordered anything from this location. I am very disappointed!

This place needs to be shut down. The worst customer service where they will purposely ignore your phone calls when you ask for an update because they don’t update your tracker through the website. They also refused to give me corporate’s number and hung up on me.
When we were finally able to reach manager Mark after calling corporate from the number online, he had every excuse such as “it’s raining cats and dogs” (it was sunny outside…?), my driver got a flat, we have a lot of orders today, and all of our customers are angry. So unprofessional. When it was brought up that his employees are ignoring phone calls and hanging up on us, his only reply was “i didn’t hang up on you.” LOL. Mark and his employees are rude and argumentative, so please avoid unless you want a headache.

I drove 30min to get to store an hour early and the guy said he could not serve me because he was closing. He had no Customer service.

Apparently I should’ve looked at the reviews before ordering from this store. Placed an order at 9:55am yesterday and PAID extra for 1 hour delivery. I waited and waited. Checked the tracker and my order was just being made at 12pm. A little after noon, I called the store twice because no one answered the first time. Spoke with someone who said my order will be there in 15 to 20 minutes.. My order was delivered after 1PM!! If you’re going to charge extra for 1 hour delivery you should stick to that. Hopefully this location closes soon because the service is AWFUL. I won’t even order from them again.

I placed my order online a day before and scheduled to have it picked up at 10:30am. At checkout, I was offered to have it delivered to my car. I was grateful for that considering the location is in downtown Houston. Instead of it being brought to my car as requested, I ended up having to get out of my car and wait for my order as it apparently wasn't ready.
After reviewing what I ordered, I noticed there were two strawberries that had brown spots on them. I called the lady because she had already went to the back. After I waited for her to replace the strawberries, I left and when I got to my car, I noticed she forgot to put the tag with my note back on. I had to walk a block back to the business in order to retrieve my tag. She insisted it was on the box however it wasn't. I had to wait for the owner to either reprint it or retrieve it. I even had to request for a newer box because she tore it whenever she replaced the strawberries. Overall, it was sloppy job.
I paid $50.60 with a discounted code and had I had the time, I myself would have made it and done a better job. This was not quality work nor was the location.
At the entrance, it looked as though it was an abandoned business as the lights were off inside. It didn't even feel as though the air conditioner was on in the front area.
I paid for what I thought was quality service and received subpar service/goods. I am all about supporting local businesses, however not at the expense of quality.

Just sent my mother to get a fruit arrangement for my sister’s birthday tomorrow and their hours said they close at 7pm. It is 5pm and they stated they could not prepare an arrangement. It already crazy going downtown with parking and now time wasted. EXTREMELY disappointing.

I have used this store in the past and they have been pretty reliable but apparently they missed several deliveries this year. Mine included. Called multiple times asking for refund and I have heard nothing from them.

Places an order early for my wife (Valentine’s Day) and the order has been stuck in store received all day. I paid extra money for it to be delivered same day and lo and behold I can’t even get an answer when I called the store. It’s getting dark and almost closing time. At this point all I want is my money back. Definitely could have just took my wife in a nice dinner date instead of being stressed out and her thinking that I just don’t care about Valentine’s Day anymore. Do not use this store!

I placed an order on 5/9/2024 for 5/10/2024 and I can’t tell you how many times they messed this one up. Considering how expensive they are you think they wouldn’t be so terrible. Called multiple times they had no clue, then they couldn’t reach their driver and then literally after hours I called again and it was still sitting in their store. Could sit and rot there for all I care. First and last time ordering from them.
