HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION – Unacceptable and Unsafe
I’m beyond disappointed with the service and complete lack of accountability from this location. My best friend sent me an edible arrangement for my birthday. After eating some of the items, I started to feel sick. I brushed it off at first because I had eaten other things that day. But after eating from the arrangement again and feeling worse, I grew concerned.
The final straw came when I ate the toasted cashews that came with the gift — and I hadn’t eaten anything else that day. I became violently ill and ended up at a walk-in clinic. Later, I noticed the cashews were expired — “Best By” August 11, 2024. It’s JULY 2025. Absolutely unacceptable.
I called the store and spoke to a manager named Theresa. She said she would contact the owner and follow up. She never did. I called back four days later, and she claimed they don’t carry expired food, insisted the date didn’t matter, and then hung up on me. When I called again, I was placed on hold for 8 minutes and ignored.
This location clearly does not care about food safety or customer well-being. Giving someone expired food — especially as part of a gift — is disgusting and dangerous. And the way my concern was brushed off and dismissed? Completely unprofessional.
Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve reported the incident and am following up with corporate and health authorities. No one should get sick from a birthday gift

I had a delightful experience placing an order today. The receptionist took my order in carefully and relayed the message back to me to make sure the order was as accurate as possible. Shows dedication and professionalism. It’s amazing knowing people are passionate for what they do. The order was beautifully arranged, and it really made my wife’s day today! Thank you all for making today memorable!

I ordered a chocolate covered fruit box for my husband to celebrate our anniversary. Ordering online was easy and it was delivered with no problems. The fruit was fresh and the chocolate was delicious!

Ordered a fruit tray and a balloon for my mom. I live in Illinois, but I still wanted her to feel special on mother's day. The balloon was never delivered and when I reached out to the company, there was no response :(
Update: after 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of the supervisor, an associate Etalia processed my refund for me. Seemed like the supervisor was ducking and dodging contacting me. Very unsatisfied with this location but I appreciate Etalia for helping me.

They don’t even deserve one star. I cancelled my order a few days before I was supposed to pick it up (in February of this year) and I called multiple times to obtain my refund. They never refunded my money. Every time I called they kept saying it must be an issue with my bank. Just lying. Horrible service will never order from this store again. Clearly the business needs the money so bad, so I didn’t pursue legal action. I hope my $90 does your business well :) you suck

I made an order online to be delivered to my Mother to celebrate her late Brother’s birthday. Imagine how upset we were when this was delivered. Totally unacceptable.

This is the WORST location!! They never pick up the phone! They do not deliver on time and they do not provide good customer service. Do not waste your money or time.

Had the caramel apple and a small arrangement for my mom to get delivered she received it before the end of the day after I had ordered last minute. The staff is super attentive to and the fruit was super fresh definitely ordering again from this store.

Terrible experience delivered me mold on strawberries and have yet to hear from these people not to mention received some Kroger flowers that were $15 because the tag was still on them ?
