Incredible Staff, courteous and helpful. Had a mini golf “emergency” and they fixed a bent long iron shaft right before a travel golf trip I had coming up. Spectacular customer service and all around great store.

Just finished my fitting with Jon. Could not recommend him more. He was patient and explained everything he was adjusting and why he was making the adjustments (i.e., trying to reduce launch angle, etc.). I did not feel rushed, nor did I feel like he was trying to upsell. In fact, the clubs I ended up buying were cheaper than the Titleist T200s I had my eyes on prior to the fitting. We ended up between the TaylorMade P790s and the Ping i530s, and I was a tad more consistent with the Pings, so ultimately, I bought those. All the adjustments made were stock and did not include any upsells (Jon mentioned he likes to stay with stock grips/shafts to keep costs relatively low).If you are in the market for new clubs (or even used clubs as they do have a good selection of those as well), I would recommend you go see Jon. Very happy with my experience.

I have bought balls and accessories from Edwin Watts before, but this was my first time buying clubs from here and it was an extremely pleasant experience! I cannot give Landon enough praise for how knowledgeable he was and how patient he was with helping me find the right club. Anxious to start a new hobby, I decided on golf. I signed up for lessons at Hermann Park but first I wanted to buy my first set of clubs. Doing a Google search, I found Edwin Watts Golf near the Galleria and decided to give it a try. Upon entering, I was greeted by Rod and I’m very fortunate that he provided his assistance. Rod was helpful, efficient, and genuine. He showed me a few options but due to my experience, height, hand size he suggested I try a particular set that came with extra long clubs. Rod also suggested that I have additional grips installed, which I did. In all, this was a great experience and I highly recommend this store for anyone interested in the sport.

What a nice experience to buy my first set of clubs (plus accessories) here. George was truly helpful and great to me. He helped throughout the whole time. I feel as if he really wanted to help and advise and not just sell me the expensive stuff. He understood my little knowledge and my budget and he advised me accordingly. 10/10 experience and definitely will come back soon.

Edwin Watts is such a fun destination! EW generously hosts the Houston Concierge Association annually. It is a great field trip with so much to do, see, and shop. Everything for the consummate golfer is all here with excellent customer service. I see a Edwin Watts gift card in my husband's stocking this Christmas. I let him have all the fun choosing his equipment and clothes. Thanks again EW from the HCA!

Met with Jon to consider some new Ping irons. Ultimately ended up getting Mizuno Hot Metal 923 HLs. Jon submitted the order and worked with me when adding and making tweaks to the order. He also spent time fitting me with a new driver, that I didn't even purchase through EW.He's excellent at what he does, and has been great to work with. I plan to go to see him anytime I need work done on my clubs.Highly recommend asking for Jon to help you.

This place is awesome, way better than Golf Galaxy. Staff is super knowledgeable and really helped me out in a bind - leaving for a golf trip and my club broke the day before. Explained the situation to the manager and he got me squared away same day. Really appreciate that!

Went in today 8/17/23 to re-grip all my irons, was told that I would have to wait until Saturday to pick them up, and Rod went above and beyond to make sure that my grips would be done same day by Landon. Even though Landon was busy, he still squeezed me in his schedule and got my grips done within 30 minutes even though I just walked in without calling ahead of time. This store also has a great selection of pre-owned clubs and I’ve already spent more money with them then I’d like to admit. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking for good customer service.
