As a cancer patient- walking to a location that says it's open and then finding out it's been gone for a few years p**** me off like nothing else. And now I see I'm not the first - so the issue has been ignored! So upset - freaking hotel coffee it is

Wow! I had a medical appointment and had 3 hours to burn. It had been at least 5 years since I had an Einstein Bagel!! I was so looking forward to this. I found the place via Yelp. Looked up the address on Yelp and Google. We never found the place!!! I even called to get more specifics as to their location and they never answered the phone!!! When I got back to my appointment the MA asked how was the bagels?!!! I told her what happened and she said it was right across the street!!! Both Yelp and Google had the location 2 blocks away. I would think as a manager or owner, you'd be on top of how your business is represented on line! And no, the location we looked up was not a 2nd location and yes, I'm very good at reading a map! I'd love to give a great review but if you can't even find the place, how can I!!!

Pros: so happy this place is here. Grabbed some breakfast while my dad was having heart surgery. My mom hasn't eaten at an Einstein in over a decade. She was surprised they had so many interesting options. Sister got bagel sandwich with avocado and egg. I got a bagel pizza. Cons: long lines. Wait time. Coffee not as good as other locations.

This location is in a hospital that had probably a thousand people working around the clock but closes at 1pm, too early. Nurses like myself can't always get away before this time so can't get away most times this early. So today I rush down there 10 mins before closing only to find out that they only have sweet bagels left. So no turkey and swiss for me and part of my 30 min lunch break is gone. I think for this setting, hours should be extended l.

You take what you get and you don't throw a fit! It isn't their fault they are the only food option at Methodist...is it the best bagel ever? Maybe not...but for the location and surrounding options, I think it is pretty great to have an easy option that serves bagels and coffee. These folks are always working hard, special kudos to those that work here!

I really appreciate this place. I first tried their bagels my freshman year in college and fell in love with their chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Something I still appreciate to this day. The charm and polite demeanor given when visiting added an extra star on top. Definitely love this place and will continue to get my favorite bagel from here.

Walter's tower only food options, I imagine this is my first of many that I'll ordering food from here, i got the turkey cheese bagel and cinnamon twist poppers both for around $7, i find myself feel pretty full and satisfied with my meal. They also offer a award point system app which I'll be using on the future, overall pretty happy with my lunch.

What a cool, hip Einstein! I found it on Yelp, then had to drive around the streets if Medical City a few times before I actually found where it was located (at the bottom of the Methodist Hospital tower). I also couldn't figure out where the parking was...so the next time I was between appointments at MD Anderson, I took an Uber over instead. It's an beautiful space to enjoy a bagel and read. I was there when things were relatively quiet, so it was quite relaxing. The employees were friendly. The only disappointment was that the bagels were good, but not the typical Einstein fresh-out-of-the-cooker good. I don't think this store makes its own bagels, and it shows. Overall a pleasant experience and a fresh place to get out of the hospital environment. Too bad it closes on weekends!

Accessibility is non-existent. Have to navigate a maze of locked doors just to access a restaurant is insanity. No, this may not be the restaurant choice, but it still impacts and is true of them nonetheless.
