For the past 2 months I have stopped in numerous times as im in the area and had become fond of the cut up fruit and the great price on avocados.
Today Jan 8 2026 I stopped in. See receipt for verification.
The one checkout lane open was backing up. I see a couple of employees milling around. Finally a girl went to lane 2 too open. Walkaria L.
She made no communication with me. No smile. Told me my total in Spanish. Tells me my change in Spanish. I dont speak it or understand it.
She probably could look at me and know what my native language was.
She failed to even thank me.
I told her, you couldn't even thank me. I got a blank stare as i bet she cant speak or under this countries language. She said nothing. I walked away pissed off.
If you are fed up with your job or hate dealing with the public, please get another type of job.
I will never give you a dime of my money again.
She represents your business. What a joke.

If I give them o stars I will, the lady didn't want me to participate in their raffle just because I was walking by someone. This is atrocious and discriminating. I will never go to this store again!!! This people don't have the authority to tell you what is right or wrong.

Wellington wasn't the Rancho on 290and 34 and the cashier was horrible slow and then shi was talking to another coworker and she forgot about me for at least 3 minutes and she was talking to a very young coworker and I didn't say anything they was just looking at me horrible costumer service horrible horrible I just won't ever go to that grocery store the employees are horrible horrible costumer service just plain nasty stuff hell with this place

I have found what I have been looking for! I moved to Austin 30 years ago when you could still get a decent taco for under $1.99 (my place was .99 for al pastor or fajita at the La Moreliana)...then Torchys Tacos little trailer blew up into multiple stores charging WAY too much and the taquerias in Austin followed suite. I moved back to Houston and found the same here EXCEPT EL RANCHO! Firstly the food so far is amazing! I want to try everything but I keep going back to the barbacoa and carne en chile rojo. Amazing...and on Tuesdays THEY ARE $.99 PER TACO. OK , they are the smaller tortillas but they put enough meat on there for 2 tacos. As a matter of fact ,I buy their warm packet of tortillas that I need at home anyway and make 2 tacos out each one I bought. So 4 tacos for $2 (and a couple of cents for the tortillas)! I am salivating as I type this,LOL.

Horrible service in the kitchen!!!! I went for breakfast tacos and they gave me burnt tortillas and disgusting food!!!! I will never ever order food from the kitchen again and the person who served me had terrible service, I asked her to put more food in it!!!
