“I had an amazing experience here! I was really nervous I completely broke one of my keys in half and my laptop was getting very hot after only a few minutes of using. He was so friendly and helpful told me where to look for and cleaned my laptop and added cooling gel. I loved the results so much I brought my brother’s laptop in for cleaning too. “Kenny at CPR Cell Phone Repair on Chimney Rock was amazing. My elderly mother's flip phone broke and she wanted an identical replacement. I was able to find one at Best Buy but had problems transferring the SIM card from the old to new phone. Kenny was able to accomplish this and get the new phone up and running quickly. He did this all at no charge! I certainly appreciated his help, and my mother is very happy. A five star experience for sure. Thank you!”

“I took a KRK monitor circuit to David to see if he could bring it back to life. The capacitor was bulging and I needed a new one. He already had the parts stored and soldered the new capacitor on the circuit board in about 5 minutes. What an excellent service!!! Put everything back together and I was back listening to the music I love at the volume it should have been played at.
This is the only place I will be taking any electronics to be repaired. He is truly a professional.”

Even with the issue being different that what I brought it in for, the price quoted was the price paid. Legit started thinking if I had anything else messed up to go back because the experience was so good. Even got a great conversation when I picked it up.
