Got sent to the wrong address twice. They call to confirm and send text to my phone and have the audacity to send me TWICE to the wrong location. You guys (LILIANA&GABRIELA) need to be more serious about your job. Sending customers to the wrong location is a big deal. This is a lawsuit I’m dealing with. And this slows down the pace of my process and takes me away from my job which I need to pay bills.I live an hour away dealing WITH MORNING TRAFFIC to arrive on time to my appointments and you guys play with my time. I arrive and get told not once but twice that I’ve been at the wrong location. I will never come back to this place or give you guys my business. The manager should not be cleaning up your mess of messing up appointments as easy as a front desk job. My time is valuable to me. And I don’t think you guys learned your lesson the first time. Who knows how many people you guys have done this too. It is WRONG to do this. I will never be able to get my time or gas back. Which by the way you guys don’t pay for. Do not ever call me or send me text messages ever again. I do not recommend this place. They have kids working the front desk and if you care about your time not being wasted do NOT come here.

They are so caring and patient! I had an accident and 3 herniated disc pain and they took the time to help me throughout this long process. Everyone is so friendly and truly have felt better due to their care! From the front office to all the techs and doctors that have treated me!!!!!!Thank you Olympic Spine & Joint!

Melissa and gabby were amazing at relieving all my anxieties before the procedure and Dr Eidelson was the best at explaining the procedure to make me more aware and he walked me through step by step .

Nurses are very friendly and respectful. You’re normally seen on time. The doctors are also respectful & do what they can to help you to manage your pain.Thank you Dr. Eidlson & nurse Gabby & another nurse, I think nurse Monica.. They were all ready to help & stayed by my side after receiving the injections in my neck.Rest assure this is the place to go after being injured in an accident as I was ( no not my fault) and getting the help I need.

I went in for an injection in my lumbar,Dr. Eidelson, and the technicians: Gabby, and Melissa walked me through the entire procedure. They helped to put my mind at ease. It was so quick, I was in and out in less than an hour. I love the entire staff at Olympic Spine & Joint from Annabelle at the front desk to all the Doctors, Nurses, and Technicians
