EXCELLENT customer service. If you are needing to rent a car, I would HIGHLY recommend Elite, ESPECIALLY this location. Juan Miguel made this process so smooth. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process. After dealing with several issues with my personal vehicle, I was so overwhelmed. Luckily Juan made this process quick and easy. Rent from Elite and thank you Juan! Will definitely be back!!

Juan was an angel. He literally went above and beyond to make sure that my last minute rental process was quick and quick!! I was so delighted to see such fair pricing for rental cars because lately I have had eye gouging high prices and deposits due to having a tow truck rear end, and total my car, I’ve been in and out of rentals while negotiations with the persons insurance have been going on. I just am so happy that I found this hidden gem. Thank you Juan!!!

Juan Miguel does great business. He is a real people person who wants to help you rent a car for your needs. As long as you meet the requirements and have the funds with deposit you will be out the door and in your car less than 10 minutes. I look forward to renting again.
