A complete scam, my car was never picked up and communication was very poor, they are just looking for credit card numbers and collecting a deposit! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!

On Monday 1 April I agreed to use elite shipping. All week they said it'll be picked up on Friday 5 April. All week I kept in contact and when Friday came I kept trying to contact them and they ignored my communication and the driver never showed up on Friday. I'm a disabled military Veteran with 33 years of service and it was critical this car get loaded on that Friday. Now it's Monday and I've had to arrange a different company because they ignored my contacts all day Friday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are horrible.
