I have been trying to get some prescriptions filled at Empower for over 3 months. THREE MONTHS. I have spent hours on hold. My physician has called several times. They have managed to charge my credit card over $800 several months ago, but (1) charged me for meds that I did not order, and (2) have not shipped a single thing. I continue to call and email, and cannot get resolution. Meanwhile, every few weeks I get a message that they have some questions about my prescription, and to please call them. When I call, I spend about an hour learning that they will not disclose information to me, and instead want my physician to call to find out what they need. After many failed attempts, my physician refuses to deal with them, and asks me to get answers from them, which they refuse. And then the cycle repeats. I just want some damned medication, and you'd think that 3 months, and countless emails/phone calls, would be enough time to get them. But you would be wrong. Look elsewhere.

Every med I have gotten from there seems weak, diluted or fake. Not to mention they're very difficult to reach. I have around 19 hours of hold time with them over the course of 3 months.

I’ve had my prescriptions come from Empower and I’ve had no issues what so ever. The person who is very nice calls within a couple days of getting the script from my doctor, goes over everything and within a few days I get my order and it’s packaged up perfect.

I was semi-happy with this company until recently. While it did take over a month for me to be able to actually order from them, I did several thousands of dollars of business with them in the 3 months I was able to. I constantly had to go through hoops of adding information to the orders to be able to order medications with no warning from anyone in this company. Now I am unable to order because the state I live in. I was given a notice of 4 hours that they would not be shipping to Iowa any longer and that I needed to place an order that day if I needed any. So I contacted my clients and placed an order at 1230pm- before the cut off time of 2pm. None of those orders will be processed, my clients are not able to get their medications and I was told that it takes 3-4 days to process- which I know is false because I have placed several orders over the last few months and none has ever taken that long. If I would have been given any indication that this was going to be an issue I would have found a different pharmacy to handle my needs (which I have since found one that meets the requirements and costs a lot less for product and doesn't charge shipping and gives you the needles and alcohol swabs for free) I will no longer be using their services. We support our customers, I am not sure why this pharmacy is unable to support theirs.I also had a client reach out to me and their vial was half empty with the cap still attached. I have reached out for a reason on this and what their plan is because I don't want a refund nor does my client.

I am a manager at a wellness center/med spa and this company has been the easiest to work with. I've been in contact with 30 different accounts/companies that have not been pleasant. Kaitlyn Free was extremely responsive and helped me in all aspects with opening an account with Empower. It was the only company to take the time out of their day to call me and make sure they can help me with whatever I need. I am going to recommend this pharmacy to many others!!

Great experience with customer service. Turn around time is exceptional. Quick response in requests for pharmacists to discuss treatment questions with staff or patient. Patient feedback is generally positive. Majority of complaints lately 1) patient can no longer use Empower due to limitations in their state2) meds not available due changes in FDA regs...we've all had to pivot with that.

DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY !!!!!! We ordered a medication they only sent the dilutent and not the medication! then denied us a a refund and refused to send it! They stole $2500 from us and a patient !!!!!!! Wells or central drugs is a better option. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY !!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Our Company has been with Empower Pharmacy for years and they are absolutely amazing! Dina Laubert is always on the front lines for us with problem solving, clarifications, customer service and any special instructions that we need for our patients. Dina is our hero to say the least, she makes our experience a smooth one each and every time we reach out to her! Our favorite is that she responds back to us right away knowing that we have time sensitive situations for our business!! Thanks Dina for all that you do!

Just started as a new clinic with Empower Pharmacy. Tara R. is our rep and has been very helpful in the setup process. She has checked in multiple times to ensure things were going well. As others have mentioned, the only issue so far is with the payment information. Other than that, I love their products and uniformity with packaging and patient information.

Superb costumer care and reliability. We work directly with Raeyanne as our assigned rep and she calls us to check on us constantly. She follows through with all my questions and requests and has made sure to expedite things for us when we were in a pinch for product. I honestly don’t see how I could get better service. . Their products are all of excellent quality and our patients are always satisfied

I am the office manager for a medical clinic running out of Miami, Florida. Ashley Vu handled my account for the first year or two we've worked together. She is the definition of class and professionalism. I have accounts with a number of different compounding pharmacies. Empower is my first choice because of her. I now work with Mitchell Gonzales. He is also outstanding.Finding the right sales rep. is critical. I got lucky with these two. Good help and representation is hard to find. Empower Pharmacy takes care of me and my clinic. Working with Ashley and Mitchell has made it pleasant.Take note Empower: Keep these two happy. They are what keeps the wheels turning.-The Doctor's Office

First time I get there they said my medication was out of stock, a few days later They did call me, to ask me if I wanted my medication will be ready in 4 hours, I got out of town a couple of days and when I came back I went to pick it up, just to find out they say the don’t have it, don’t be fool for the amount of diplomas hanging in the walls, that means nothing when customers service is that bad, I am not angry at all, I just want to prevent you to get a headache with this pharmacy. I should read the bad reviews before I went, if you still go I wish you a better experience

Wanted to share my recent experience because I was really worried after reading reviews. My daughter and I both got semaglutide prescriptions filled here, they allowed us to merge our order and ship them together so we only paid for cold shipping once. They were very helpful and did tell us they were backlogged and it could take 7-10 days to get filled. It just arrived via UPS and it was like 5 days ago (including the weekend) that I paid for it, so that was SUPER fast!! They had it filled in less than 3 days. We used Push Health to find the doctor and the entire process from getting set up to having it delivered to our home took 7 days. Very happy! And dealing with Empower on the phone was great, no issues there at all. Totally recommend!
