I hired these guys to move me and they did a decent job up until they were finished and gone. I started going through my things and noticed my Bose bluetooth speaker was missing. I called them back and talked on the phone with them until they had the nerve to blame one of my sons of stealing it.. And now they won't answer the phone... Thieves... Now I am out of a $700 speaker.

Enroute is a great moving company with professional movers who wrapped and handled our furniture with care. I recommend them wholeheartedly for any move that you have.

They charge me extra and steal my $50 deposit I called them every day with txt with no response Joan he is lier he told me Jonathan the owner of the company calling me regarding my refund he never did as well never ever make with this company moving they're over charge you and I trying to lawsuit this company with my Lawyer as well

They give u one quote and then have a different quote when they get there , they take their time to add hours to your trip , give u a time that they will be there with no update or communication what so ever !! Literally had to call them to make sure they was still coming !! Crazy

When and if I have to move again. I'm calling these guys! They were very good with communication and stayed within the time frame I requested. The gentleman that I scheduled with answered any and all questions I had everytime I called. They made my move 1000 times easier and kept all of my things organized and intact throughout the move, wrapping and padding any of my larger bulkier furniture. Their pricing was affordable and my move went smoothly!

Booking with Enroute was easy, actual move-in date was horrible. There was no communication to let me know they were running behind, they ended up sending a completely different moving company to my apartment, many hours after the scheduled time, provided all of my information and never let me know. I left multiple voicemails asking for updates on what was going on, til this day I have not received a courtesy call explaining the situation.

BEWARE!! - Enroute Movers made the day of our move a nightmare! They did not show up, instead sent another joke of a moving company out to the residence - Pack It - an hour later. The owner of that trainwreck tried to say we should've been told there was a 3 HOUR MINIMUM, which we were not. (We didnt need movers for 3 hours, given it was just an eviction move.) I had to argue with him to finally come down to a reasonable rate. He then proceeded to demand CASH, UP FRONT BEFORE THE SERVICES WERE EVEN RENDERED. Then to top off the morning from hell, I called Enroute Losers back and ROGER (the "good-guy" just two days before) blocked my calls so I couldn't get my $50 booking fee back from him. Two days later, I still have had no response from him to my repeated requests to refund my money. Terrible experience!

Don't trust Roger.I have used enroute movers in the past with no problems but this time Roger was in charge of the move and he lacks in so many ways. He tells you a price to get the job and then changes it at the time of payment. It's sad how fast a good company can go down hill with bad employees. Roger is that employee and I recommend to everyone thinking of choosing enroute movers to make sure Roger is not the person that's in charge of your move. I didn't like being lied to and will take my business to a different company next time.Service: Oversized-item moving

Spoke to Jonathan about my experience with his movers and on one hand he seemed as if he was taking my concerns seriously. He stated that the one of my movers is no longer with the company and upon mentioning the other mover is when I felt everything I said after that was COMPLETELY IGNORED AND QUESTIONED.Jon proceeded to defend his employee (the other mover) instead of making sure that, as a paying customer, my concerns were taken into account.By the end of our conversation, I agreed to send photos of my items to him. Once they were sent I heard nothing from him (Sent on 12/23/2020). I then followed up with a "verifying if you received the photos, per our conversation" and still have yet for him to acknowledge what was sent and what was discussed (sent on 12/29/2020).This was the first time, in my moving history, that I hired a company to move my belongings and this will be my only time. After, 2 days of moving (due to rain) and the movers being an hour late to arrive to my apartment. Them taking all of my belongings, leaving me and my children to sleep on the floor of our apartment with much of nothing to aid in sleep that night. -$700 of working OT just to make sure I could pay for the move and going out of my way to provide the movers with a $60 tip/each (they also received snacks and beverages in a their own personal bags). Witnessing a dispatcher on the phone being argumentative and unprofessional (with one of the movers) in front of me. Along with an UNCONCERNED OWNER/MANAGER with BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES...I WILL NEVER PUT MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN THROUGH THIS AGAIN!!! AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE TO HAVE TO EXPERIENCE ANYTHING LESS THAN TRANSPARENCY WITH A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WITH CONSISTENCY ACROSS THE BOARD.

Needed a moving company when my family and I relocated to TX, and was referred to this company. I’m sooo glad we used them. They were super fast and kept our things in tact. Would definitely recommend! ⭐️
