The absolute worst experience at a car lot and that is saying alot. First part went great. Found a vehicle I loved, got approval quick and on our way. It was late so we were kidna rushing so the vehicle didn't get cleaned. Not a big deal. As I was washing it I noticed the head light bracket was broken. The car fax report said no wrecks so that was odd. How does a headlight bracket get broken with no wreck. Then I get it on the interstate and there is a shimmy and when you hit the break it pulls the wheel out of your hand so I take it in. A week later after multiple calls they tell ne it in fact has been wrecked bit the will fix it. It has bow been over a month with no word on my vehicle after countless calls. I WANT TO KNOW EHERE MY CAR IS AND WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT!!!!!!Update. Still no vehicle and no one will talk to me they keep saying you will it on this day but then no one ever calls. 5hen wh3n I call with an attitude they can not understand why. YOU HAVE HAD MAY VEHICLE FOR OVER A MONTH AND NO ONE HAS EVEN TOLD ME WHATS WRONG WITH IT... just so it's clear

Mario Nunez was awesome a very experienced saleman. He helped us find the car we wanted and gave us a very good price on our trade in. He also helped us with all the paperwork needed for our bank. Highly recommend!

Don't waste your time. Go to Hartz or somewhere else. Salesman DO NOT LISTEN T0 YOUR NEEDS. Aaron and sale manager got me good. Very unhappy customer. Don't be me!!!! Also my vehicle was sold to me with NO GAS in tank. The oil light came on right after leaving the parking lot. I still need that taking care of.Edit two weeks laterI have now lawyered up. The b.s. keeps coming. Signatures in documents are in wrong spots yet they can't provide original signed document. And yes, I have spoken to the bank that is financing me. Enough is enough!!! Yes, I have a lawyer now. P.sp. Don't believe the 7 day hype. They can and will keep your money. It's in the fine print. These car salesmen are scam artist. There used to be a ton of bad reviews. I don't know how they got them taking off.

This is my second purchase from here. When they say, "No haggle pricing, they mean it." Everything was very straightforward. My salesperson, Keith was SUPER great. Answered all my questions and helped me make my purchase without being a smarmy salesguy. All the managers were super friendly. I like my car so far.

Salesman was great. Managers credibility is zero. Bought a car with some problems they promised to fix. Took car in. They had for two days and never corrected the problem. I am contacting corporate because the manager is not honest and cost me time and money by pretending to fix issues instead of returning the car and scheduling another time when they could take care of it. I had the tire fixed myself because I got tired of spending money to fill out every day. I drove off with the faulty tire when I bought it, and they didn't tell me they had a problem. The manager said it was just a little low maybe due to the weather. I'm hoping this is just one location with bad management but now I will never buy from any enterprise after this experience.

Aaron at Enterprise Car Sales at 14900 Gulf Freeway put me in the Toyota Corolla I wanted. No haggling pricing. Car had been a rental and had been well cared for and maintained. So much easier than a traditional car dealership. If you are looking for a like new used car see Aaron at Enterprise Car Sales. He's an all around good guy and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Plus Enterprise has a seven day buyer's remorse policy so if you are unhappy with your purchase you have seven days to work with them to get you exactly what you want. I would definitely buy from them again.

I had an extremely good experience at Enterprise on the Gulf Freeway in Houston. Salesman Colby is professional, courteous, and answered questions - and, when he didn't have an answer, he consulted a colleague (a very admirable trait). He worked with me as I test drove a variety of vehicles so as to make the right purchase for me. It was greatly appreciated. When I do need another vehicle, Enterprise will be my first stop!

Excellent car buying experience! When the first few cars didn't pan out as I'd hoped, salesman, Colby Geissen, found the perfect car! Was the process fast - that's debatable, but it was the best case scenario for me. From vehicle options, to test drives, to paperwork, he made the process workable. I'm very happy with my car and highly recommend Enterprise for the well-maintained vehicles they sell.

After shopping around for a vehicle to purchase, there was so much run around received from the dealerships in the Houston area. From Cadillac to Hyundai; they all want your business and then when it comes to financing the purchase; they jack the fees for warranty or bait and switch. One comment after researching on line…” Oh, that’s the advertised cash price!”Not in the purchase of a vehicle from Enterprise! I was hesitant in purchasing a fleet vehicle, but not no more! We purchased a single owner (Enterprise), Carfax clean title, no accident vehicle from them. From letting Sierra M. know my budget and need, we focused on the right vehicle. Sierra you’re AWESOME!!! From start of purchase to delivery of the vehicle, you were the consummate professional! Thank you for working the deal and Enterprise I’m certainly glad that I decided to purchase a vehicle from you and working through Sierra to get it done! And I would do it again!

Third car I buy here, not the same experience as before. Customer care has really dropped off. vehicle I bought had tires that barely met spec, brakes are spongy. I get a text message about a month after to take the vehicle in for an inspection, something they use to do for the customer, so I take it in, get the inspection done, then I get a follow up to take it in for inspection, witch I've already done. my paper tags will expire at the end of the month and I still don't have the permanent tags, starting next week I cannot drive this vehicle. do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere, Sammy is no longer here and the level of customer care is gone too.

His professionalism and attention to detail (with help from the store mgr Rodney) made our car purchase experience easy. We left with the car of our choice at a very good price.

I have never bought a car in two hours, I was planning on spending my whole day when I went to make my purchase. My sales person, Jeremy Carter is the best, he knew exactly what I wanted, he was very patient with me and explained everything in details. I'm still impress, he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. I love my 2020 Toyota Camry and will recommend Enterprise Car Sales to any of my friends or family members that's planning on purchasing a vehicle.
