A car hit me from behind at a red light on my way to wk. We pulled over into the parking lot and exchanged info. The driver that hit me claimed responsibility for the accident. The driver called his insurance and the agent set me up to go to a collision shop and get a rental car through Enterprise. I dropped my car off at the collision shop and an Enterprise agent picked me up and took me to Enterprise. I was told that I would have to pay a deposit and after about 2 hrs later the Enterprise agent walked me around the vehicle we inspected it. When I tried to pay the deposit with my Cash app card they told me I couldn't pay with Cash app. So an agent had to take me bk to the collision shop because I wasn't able to rent the vehicle. I had to pickup my Mama so she could pay the deposit with her credit card. I kept that vehicle for 1 day. Then my Mama and I went bk to Enterprise the next day to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. We put down another deposit for the upgraded vehicle. The agent didn't do a walk around with the upgraded vehicle. We left the rental place and 2 days later my vehicle was ready to be picked up from the collision shop. My Mama and I picked the car from the shop and dropped off the rental. The agent took his tablet and walk outside and inspected the vehicle and check the mileage and gas and told us we were good to go. Then a few days later I received an email saying that there was damage to the vehicle. I told the branch manager that when the vehicle was checked out we were not informed about any damage done to the vehicle and also we were not told about any damage to the vehicle until after we had been checked out and left. The branch manager told me to be looking out for information from the rental car company about damage to the vehicle. Then about a month later my Mama received an email from Enterprise rental saying that we owe $1,600 for a broken windshield and damage to the tire. The picture of the rental car company sent us showed the vehicles tire full of dirt and on flat. The vehicle wasn't on flat when we drove it bk to Enterprise or else we wouldn't have been able to drive it there. And it had dirt all around the tire that was flat.

I have never met a more caring person than Christopher. My sister was in an accident and he stayed late to help us get a car so we could continue our trip. He was so kind and understanding. I swear he was an Angel sent from above today!!! Thank you so much!

Left my glasses and tried to get them back and they said they didn't have them. The detail guys or the clerks kept them. Very unprofessional.

Super easy rental reservations and pickups, and also a convenient location with friendly staff.This location has a smaller lot with fewer available cars, so it is better to make a reservation before going there in person.

I had a pleasant experience at this location. Jaylin was extremely friendly and helpful, and he provided excellent customer service. The check-out process was quick and simple, and I received a great rental.

Jay and Pablo went above and beyond for me. Truthfully the BEST experience at an enterprise that I’ve come across. They called me daily and made sure I was happy with my rental and didn’t push for anything unnecessary and gave me a detailed explanation of all charges, dates, etc.These young guys are a great team & are doing things GREAT.10/10

Didn’t think I would be back at this point again on posting a one star review on this location. Exhaling to keep calm. So basically today was pick up day of my reservation. And unfortunately what I reserved IS NOT AVAILABLE. I’m upset because I was called the day before right before closing to get this news that what I reserved wasn’t available and that I would be contacted n the morning(pick up day)if anything comes in. So today is pick up day and still nothing is available. On top of that I can’t reserve from another location because there booked. So I’m stuck without a vehicle.

I had a very pleasant experience at Enterprise 9203 North Freeway, fast friendly service. My rental vehicle was almost as nice as personal vehicle. Keep up the Great work.

Horrible experience here my dad went to rent a car with a reservation and they did not have the car and they said a reservation does not guarantee a car, so if I was going on vacation and I have a reservation that means Il have to cancel my trip pathetic worst location ever will be contacting enterprise costumer service because this is insane. And they one they talk to was the manager and still waiting on my rental been more than 2 weeks now. Please do not rent from this shady place!!!!
