My experience was Awesome as usual. I have rented from Enterprise for years and has always had the Best experience. The staffs is always professional and Courteous. My car I purchased from Enterprise has been wonderful

Had to come here for a rental since my wife’s new ride from Texas Auto North was in for service. The dealer paid and Char was awesome at helping us get the right car. If I ever rent from Enterprise again I will make sure I come see Char, she was great!

They're the best. Charelious immediately volunteered her own wi-fi hotspot so I could make a quick banking adjustment with my laptop for the rental. Even with what had appeared -- to me -- like a crisis, I was on my way in a clean car within a few minutes. Everyone was great, but she helped me rescue my whole trip.

I’ve had two insurance claims I. The past 3 months and my insurance company rents cars through Enterprise and sent me to this particular one. Let me express that the ONLY reason I gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is because this is a small location with not many options compared to the airport and larger locations (theirs and competitors). I must say that I have been extremely impressed with the level of service I received for everyone I spoke with or dealt with at this location - pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. Worth TEN ⭐️!

My husband rented a car from here for a week. The process was very smooth and the employees were super helpful and friendly. The process was very quick and we were out of the door with the car in a very short amount of time. It was clean, and there were even Clorox wipes in the cupholders for future use. The return process was also quick and only took just a few minutes.I needed to call this location today because I thought I had left my key ring in the car. Mind you it has been three days since my husband returned the car. Jaylen checked the car and the office and spoke with the other employees to see if my key ring was found. He was friendly and respectful and really went above and beyond.Enterprise is a little more expensive than Hertz on pricing, but I would rather pay a little more and deal with great people like Jaylen then pay less and have mediocre customer service.Oh, I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years and I can tell you that this man is management material if he isn’t a manager already.10+ stars for Enterprise

I HAVE NOTHING BUT “TOP ACCOLADES”‼️?% for Brian the Manger and Jaylin Asst. Manager at the Greenspoint location. The names mentioned are the reason that location is efficient and thriving with professionalism. That neighborhood IS NOT easy with some of the personalities that frequent the location, but that’s no excuse for these guy’s customer service.

I love this rental . Because of the employees at this location, I rent my vehicles here. Professional, courtesy. They give vip treatments. I had an asthma attack here & needed water from the rep Ms Jessica & she gave me hers unopened of course. I have not experienced anything that makes me question them. Great job.

My father was referred to this location by a near by dealer, as they were servicing his vehicle. The person that assisted him was a male, in the hours between 4pm-5pm. The employee showed him couple options of vehicles, with prices and deposit info. My father asked him to speak with me over the phone as he does not speak English. I asked the employee a few questions in regards to reimbursement for the rental. We had some misunderstanding as i was given info from the dealer, and he wasn’t connected to the dealer. Which i completely understand, but he decided to get frustrated with my questions. Went on to get a bad attitude, threw the phone at my father in an aggressive way. Then went on to tell him he didn’t have any vehicles for him. Refused to offer his service after that. At this time my father had to call an Uber to catch a ride home.Could’ve handled the situation better, this employee needs some training in properly handling questions and situations with all kind of people. And to refuse to rent him a car was unprofessional, plus the company lost money. Won’t be recommending anyone to Enterprise.Thank you for your time.

The staff members were more than helpful and the entire process was quick and easy through a lengthy total loss claim through Geico. We set an appointment and were on a short waitlist for an available car, but decided to stop by and they were able to accommodate us immediately. The staff updated us on our terms and return date as our insurance updated them and drop-off took less than 5 minutes.**Make sure you have a major credit card or debit card in your name and your driver's license.

Awful service. Was left without the replacement car I was guaranteed and there was a whole week lost of work because of this. When I called they simply said, call another Enterprise maybe they have a car. Thanks alot.
