I've always had positive experiences with Enterprise and this location did not disappoint. I want to give a shoutout to Jacob and everyone at this location. They made the process smooth and hassle-free. They even picked me up and dropped me off at the body shop! The car was clean, in good condition. What's even more impressive was that every time I called, someone would pick up the phone within a couple minutes. That's 5-star customer service right there! Enterprise is my preferred rental company!

My Insurance Company has a reservation for my wife's car. But reservation doesn't mean hold you a car in the rent. A car industry because every time we go, they have no cars. And we have a reservation, very complicated thing to rent a car.

From the moment I interacted with him, he displayed a wealth of knowledge about various vehicles and insurance options, ensuring that I felt well-informed throughout the process. What impressed me even more was his willingness to assist both online and in person, going above and beyond to address my needs.The entire team at the Downtown Enterprise location deserves accolades for their exceptional service. Every associate I encountered was friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I have come to rely on this branch for the best customer service in town. One aspect that truly sets them apart is their preparedness. Whenever I arrive, my vehicle is ready and waiting, as they take note of my preference of vehicles and make sure to have them available. This attention to detail is remarkable and greatly appreciated, especially since I often book online and request specific vehicles for work.In the past, I have rented from companies that claim to accommodate special requests but fail to deliver. The experience at those places is usually marked by unfriendly staff and long waits for vehicles to be cleaned. Moreover, even when the cars are finally presented, they are rarely in a clean condition. Thankfully, the Downtown Enterprise location is the complete opposite. I consistently receive the best experience, from the moment I make my reservation to the time I drive away. The team's dedication to customer service is evident, and their efficiency is unmatched.I genuinely look forward to renting more vehicles from the Downtown Enterprise location. With their commitment to exceptional customer service, a highly efficient and friendly team, and a track record of meeting special requests, they have become my go-to rental car provider!

I called o. Tuesday to change my reservation time on Wednesday to 1pm. I got there on Wednesday and this rude lady was telling me that my reservation was changed to Tuesday. I booked this reservation a month ago. So know I'm out of luck, want be going no where. Thanks.

Poor service. Wouldn’t recommend renting from here. Try another location! Azael and Ja’Niyah were very unhelpful. We traveled from SC, only to be told I could not use my fiancé’s major card but he was present. I called customer service and they explained the payment should have been accepted. I ask Azael to show me where it states in policy but could not show me proof. He said he went by word of mouth & there was no one else to contact because he is the MANAGER! Lol what a waste!

I almost always dread renting cars. It is always such a hassle and takes forever. Matthew are Enterprise was not only so welcoming from the moment I walked in the door but he made the whole process so easy!! Being in customer service for over 20 years I was delighted to feel such amazing warmth and hospitality!Matthew is an absolute gem. Thank you again!

If I could give this location a negative star rating I would most definitely do so! The receptionist had a nasty little attitude and when I asked to speak to someone else she directed me to the "branch manager" who was just as unhelpful as she was. They wouldn't allow me to get a vehicle without a card *that has my name on it* that they could charge and have on file even though the one I gave them was a bank card that had my husbands name on it for the account that WE SHARE! I even got a temporary card since that one would have my name on it but of course the people at this location "couldn't take a temporary card either". The reservation was made by my insurance company and if I would've known that this branch was this terrible I would've never had our agent make the reservation here! Stay away from this location unless you're looking to waste a significant amount of your time.

Poor service, fail to inform you on what you need to rent, treat customers with no respect, for enterprise employees 820 main as the worst service in the history of car rent I am very disappointed with enterprise and will NEVER rent from enterprise again poor service disappointed employees and and very disrespect of paying customers.

Ubered to this location after getting a reservation with a confirmation number, only for them tell me that they don't have any cars available. The woman here was unhelpful and unsympathetic. No offers to make it right and/or to search around for other vehicles. Apparently it was my fault for calling the reservation line because they somehow don't have the ability so see which cars are actually available at each location? This level of disorganization unprofessional behavior is ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would.
