I was nervous because this was my first time renting a car and was worried about availability, the condition the car would be in, and unexpected fees. Thankfully, none of these were an issue. The employees were very friendly, the car was in great condition and I had no issues on my road trip, and I paid exactly what I was quoted from the beginning. Will definitely rent from here in the future if I need to again!

They might as well shut this branch down. Even with a reservation, they never have a car. I’ve booked multiple times, and it’s always useless because there’s nothing available.

We rented a Volkwagen Atlas from this location. As soon as we left the facility and got onto the highway, the tire pressure light came on, and we had to drive to the nearest Enterprise location. We later realized that the right rear tire had a puncture and was leaking air. There was no nail or screw, so we highly suspect the hole was there before we got the car. This all happened within the span of 10 mins, right after we got the car. This location needs to inspect their cars more thoroughly before providing them to customers. This could have been a matter between life and death.

I had a good experience here for a 3 day rental. Smiling, polite and efficient staff. Easy and quick check-in and check-out. negative point: nissan sentra of 42,000 miles with high consumption in exclusive highway use (25mpg...).

First off let me say this is a fantastic location, pick up and drop off were seamless. Staff is amazing, attentive and professional. Highly recommended for any rental needs. If you are looking through reviews to decide where to rent or which enterprise to go to, this is the one. (Weekday or weekend same high quality service).

Great experience with Enterprise at this location! The customer service was amazing, and the pick-up and return process was super quick and efficient. We rented a Camry for a day, and the car was clean inside and out. I also noticed that they have on-site cleaning facilities, which is a plus point. Even though this location is a bit further from where I live, it will definitely be my go-to spot for any future car rentals.

This is the second time my wife and I have rented from this location, and we couldn’t be happier. Brenda and Keith are fantastic! They are efficient and willing to help. Even though there’s an Enterprise right across from our apartment downtown, we prefer to come here.

I had an amazing experience with the team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car recently. Despite not having an appointment on a busy Saturday, Branch Manager Brenda and her team, along with Rose, went out of their way to assist us.

Brenda, the manager of the Greenbriar location was exceptional. 100% focused on the customer and our requirements. She accommodated our extensions and switching vehicles seamlessly. Plus they picked us up and dropped us off after we returned the car. Enterprise corporate management should use Brenda’s store as the prototype for all its locations on customer satisfaction

Some criminals thought it would be cool to steal all the wheels and tires from my car. My insurance hooked me up with a rental car from here and Brenda was really helpful throughout the whole process and her customer service was great. 10/10 would recommend (renting a car here, not getting your stuff stolen).
