I had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. Alyssa was exceptional, kind, and has awesome customer service skills. I had a little hiccup with the original car assigned, however, management was able to easily solve the issue and get me back rolling. Thank you very much! I'd definitely recommend this location.

My mom use to rent Enterprise but she would always go way to Hobby airport area . And thin when I got of age just stayed with the same rental company 👍🏾👌🏾

The staff at 2829 W Loop, Houston, TX, were very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. They also followed up to see if there were any concerns during my rental period, I appreciated that. Definitely recommend this branch and Enterprise as a whole!

I called and no one picked up the phone ever, I went to the location and there’s NOBODY at the front desk, there are 5 people waiting and no employees in the office. What is this?!
