Didn't give me a receipt nor ask how long I needed it,only gave me 2days. It's gonna take longer than that to fix my car. Plus the car didn't have any gas almost ran out and just let there went home got ready for work and discovered there wasn't any gas in it. NEVER have I got this poor customer service before. You really have to check everything out. PLEASE BE CAREFUL

If I could give it 0 stars I would !!!! Made a reservation for SUV. They send confirmation text and email.
My husband arrives to location and they notify him that this specific vehicle is not available. I’m not super picky and doesn’t necessarily have to be the EXACT vehicle. I just do not like driving cars. I called the location and asked why they allow me make reservation online if the vehicle will not be available.
I understand is not under the personnel’s fault or responsibility, however they do need to fix this issue. I read the reviews prior to choosing this location. Gave it benefit of the doubt and I was wrong.

Very shady business practices. Make sure you document everything. For example, they will mark a car with having a full tank of gas when it is cleary not full at 3/4 of the tank. They will also give you cars with a smoke smell and scratches/dents without notating ot on you paperwork or on their records. RECORD EVERYTHING!
