It’s not like any other Airport Enterprise!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I travel all over the US, and this Enterprise location by far has the most rude and unprofessional behavior. On top of that, all of the signage for the return is wrong unless it's after 7am. If you are returning your car before 7am you will arrive at a closed gate that tells you that you actually have to return the car on the opposite side of the airport at the National car rental. The only redeeming quality is that the shuttle drivers are polite and courteous, unlike the absolutely rude people at the desk and return center, which is pretty much on par with this entire town. Enterprise is still my go-to rental car company, and I use them at least once a week, but as far as Houston, I think I will try a different company next time I'm here.

Great employees, but this time the van wasn't very good. We picked it up in Houston and dropped it off in Dallas. The back driverside wouldn't slide open without difficulty and whenever you would back out of a spot, the car kept hitting the brakes! Definitely needed to be adjusted.

The Enterprise team at Houston Hobby is top-notch. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, quick, and professional. They had my reservation ready, walked me through the process without any upsell pressure, and got me on the road in minutes. The car was spotless and in great condition. It’s clear this team values efficiency and customer service. Best rental experience I’ve had at Hobby! See y’all again soon!

Employees were amazing and friendly and went above and beyond for their customers; despite not having any air conditioning in the sweltering heat. Very quick check in procedure. Rental processes was smooth and I would definitely recommend them.

The employees went out of their way to make our experience a good one! They did not have the size vehicle we had booked, but they found something a bit bigger for us, at no upcharge. Everyone was super friendly at a very stressful time in our trip.

I paid and checked in online a day before and when I got there I didn’t have to queue in line to register. In less than 7 minutes I was out of the lot. It was an amazing experience and the car was great for the price I paid for it.
