Absolutely a gem both in Mason Montgomery OH and Memorial in Houston TX. Jacob in OH is exceptional with his service as he is super helpful. Everyone at the branch too. Morgan in OH is one a million.. went out of her way to get the car for me in another outlet and drove back with me to ensure I had the confidence to drive. Super

A bunch of thieves here. It was a big mistake to have gone here. As I now read those reviews how they try to steal money from you as much as possible, it's exactly the experience I had. They lie to you, tell you that "the only car we have is xxx" so you can give them some extra money for nothing. THiEVES. They just try to get your credit card so they can steal your money without you authorizing. If you ask them they tell you all sorts of flimsy excuses why they charge your credit card. DON'T GO HERE. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. I'll never never rent from them. An insurance company reserved a car for me. I went there and the guy told me the only car they had was a sports car and that I need to pay about $10 extra. Because I needed a car so badly as my car was already at the mechanic, I said I'm willing to pay extra. But I realized my ID was not with me so I went to get it. When I came back the man then said the sports car they had is taken ; a lie because he had earlier said that everything is set and I just needed to bring my ID and drive off. He then said that now the only car they had was an SUV and that I need to pay about $9 out of pocket. He got my credit card and charged me $65, told me because the insurance company had got me the car for 7 days he will get the extra charge for 7 days also but he will refund the rest to me if I return the car earlier. I brought back the car the next day, they were already closed. Rather than refund me, the next day I rather saw another charge of $64. When I called to ask why they're still charging my card they gave all sorts of flimsy excuses. I totally regret going here. I'll never try again, NEVER

My service here was very friendly, and the employees made the rental process easy for me. My only complaint is that my rental car did smell like someone had recently smoked in it.

I had a corporate reservation here today arrived on time the staff at this store left a note on the door… with a Text App number to call waited 40 minutes which delayed my trip had to switch my reservation to the Westheimer location! Ridiculous!!!!

The customer service is outstanding! Thank You Enterprise On Hwy 6 South at Westhiemer Road. Enterprise Corporate Office should find a new phone company, this location phones were down. Though their phones were down, the extraordinary customer service did not stop. This office set an example of how to work “If the glass breaks and all the marbles are on the floor!” Thank You to Everyone At This Location!!!

Staff treat customers poorly. My mother went to this location to get a vehicle replacement with her insurance. The agent who helped her told her "if you don't like it, go somewhere else". As a enterprise member, it was really sad to see my mom getting treated this way after all she is going through due to her accident. I book at least once a week with Enterprise due to my job, this is very disappointing. Enterprise, please encourage your staff to represent you better.

If I could give this a no star I WOULD! I was put in a none working vehicle! Had my daughter in the car! The vehicle stopped on the freeway!! I had the vehicle for 20 minutes!! Then the customer service people was horrible to me! $600 to waste! No refund no nothing! I will be taking legal action !

Very disappointed in my experience. I called a week in advance to reserve a car and I gave them the reservation number provided by car insurance. I explained the situation, everything was going through my insurance. What I was told on the phone was very different from when I went in person. I was charged a higher deductible. They only had 2 cars available and none were what I had requested. Both cars were higher in price and I had to pick one because I had already dropped off my car at the body shop. I had to pay per day for car rental. When I explained my car insurance was supposed to fully cover the costs, they had no clue what I was talking about. If they did not have my reservation in mind, they should have at least given me the other cars under the car insurance cost to cover.

Steer clear of this place. The manager, Morgan, made us wait for two solid hours on a Saturday although we had made reservations weeks in advance. The staff is rude and the service is overall not competent.

Go anywhere for rental but here. We waited for hours, even with a reservation, and they were overbooked. The manager, Morgan, was totally indifferent and rude when she was unable to honor the reservation. Another staff member there was unprofessional and raised his voice at a customer. Worse rental experience EVER.

They run of out vehicles here and do not honor reservations. Today the manager, Morgan, left and entire building unattended for over an hour, without explanation, leaving people confused. When she refused to honor reservations she did not offer refunds. An employee became agitated when I complained, raised his voice, threw a phone, and called the customers, who had been waiting unattended for over an hour, "whiners." Very bizarre place. Luckily we found a local Avis/Budget center where the manager was both accommodating and kind. open on Sundays, with a better rate lots of patience, even offering a drive to the rental. I gave Xavier from Avis/Budget a lovely review. Such a contrast to the unprofessional employees at this Hwy 6 and Westheimer Enterprise center! I have reached out to the Enterprise Corporate office to make them aware of their employee's incompetence and rudeness and have submitted complaints and reviews on the BBB to warn unsuspecting customers.

Dealing with this place became a nightmare due to an unprofessional manager, Morgan, and a rude, threatening employee. After waiting for hours on a reservation we called Enterprise customer service to find out where the staff was (they had abandoned the building and customers without warning). The employee became agitated that we called customer service and called the waiting customers "whiners." He showed poor emotional control, threw a phone, and raised his voice. We will never use Enterprise again, needless to say, but are reporting the incident to the corporate office due to the verbal abuse of customers. The incident was recorded on the conversation to the customer service and we will try to get the Corporate office to review. In the interest of protecting the public, these folks are incompetent as well as abusive.

This location doesn't know how to work with customers. They messed up my insurance replacement reservation completely. They would not honor the insurance contracted rate or do their due diligence to follow up with the insurance company. The lady on the phone was extremely incompetent and was looking to be treated like a royalty. She even had the audacity to tell me I am not going to help you! extremely rude behavior. She also did not want to listen to what I had to say. It's my way or highway. I would not rent from this location now or in the future. I would like to give them a negative rating but the lowest I can do here is 1 star.
