Literally never answer the phone. Sometimes that office is empty for hours on end. You are better off calling the national offices and just having them take care of whatever you need.

Horrible customer service and will give you the run around. I have been to this location for a car 3 times in one week trying to get a car that my insurance(progressive) booked and made reservations for they kept telling me different things to do like go to a enterprise by my body shop. What does it matter where I go get the rental car from as long as I get it. I spoke to a nice lady at the 1 855 number and told the work what she said and he look me in the eye and said they work from home and they don’t know anything about how this work.

I was booked an economy car about a week ago,today I arrived enterprise on time,but the staff told me they never have economy car,and give me an option that is pay double to upgrade to small SUV,I have no choice,they are a lier,and it's a scam,never come again,and stay away from this place

The staffers are very short and brief, no detail information. My insurance approved $600 for 12 days while my car will be in the shop but the Enterprise told me that I only have $25 a day. I went to three locations without car even after Enterprise already confirmed to me that my car is ready for pickup and I call the number of Enterprise provided to me by my insurance and it was confirmed that I should pickup the car the following day by 10am but on getting to the Enterprise location, I was told to go to another location and on getting to that location, I was sent to another location with no car. Arrived at the third location, no car and I was told to come back the next day after I spent $275 on Lyft.If Enterprise continues to do business the way they are going about it now, I will not be surprised to see them online filing for bankruptcy.

Asian female associate here is a liar.I feel like I’m in the twilight zone right now.First she tells me only insurance company can move the reservation from store to store but she didn’t know I had previously had this same reservation moved from a different store by an enterprise associate. She remained adamant that she didn’t say only insurance can move it, but she said it over the phone and if y’all record calls it, you’ll hear her say exactly what I stated she said.When I called her out she said that she can’t move reservations because she doesn’t have an available car even tho she’s literally checking in a car my insurance covers for me (the Malibu pictured) & I’ve been coming to this location for the past 4 days being told I’ll get a call back when a car is available even tho there have been available cars everyday I’ve come.Devin is a weak manager and shouldn’t be in management.

I love renting cars from them. What would the world be like without Enterprise existence.I'll tell you: There would be no fun in transportation for people like me that live on a small budget for now. The motivation to continue believing and dreaming stems from such a business as Enterprise whom are the best.

Jessica has to be the worst customer service rep ever. She is very rude and barley knows how to do her job. Does not deserve to be working at such a great establishment puts a bad rep to the name.

I don’t think they even care about reviews but still I need to tell you guys, they don’t have any respect for customers spatially if you are coming from an insurance.Repeat all the agreements otherwise they will not accept it.

The customer service is so bad that those who are attending there instead of helping start arguing with the customer. I had a bad experience and of course I do not recommend renting a car there to anyone.

Made a reservation, they were almost 45 minutes late picking me up, leading me to believe they were dragging their feet because they double booked and did not have a vehicle which means they would of had to upgrade. When I get there they go to get the vehicle, the guy behind the desk asks me how I will pay, I tell him my visa chime credit builder. (which I have used at enterprise before). He explains to me they do not take it because it is not insured by the FDIC, I pull up the information and show him that it is. That was lie #1 , I tell him this is very upsetting because I have a 4 hour drive and they have made me late already, I told him I would have not made the reservation if I knew they did not accept this payment. I then asked if he could show me it in writing, he tells me it is on the website...... I pull up the website and ask him to show me, he then just tells me it's just this location that does not take it, I call corporate, I have customer service cooperate on the phone telling him on speaker they do accept it, ask him if he wants to talk to corporate, he shakes his head no and runs away. This is the craziest last experience I ever have with enterprise. Do not go to this location if you value your time
