Please check your rental car by taking good pictures. Because your insurance will end up covering something that was already damaged not under your rental. Please don't leave until you take pictures inside and outside. And if it's less than your deductible you will have to pay for it. Do not trust them take pictures please.

So, the company responds by typing to contact them back, which I did, so it looks like they try to resolve things, BUT THEY DO NOT TRY TO RESOLVE ANYTHING, NEVER CONTACTING YOU BACK!

What company can employ people that lie right to your face? Enterprise. I went in person to get the rental price on August 24, 2023, and when I called the day before I showed up 2 weeks later, on the day to get the car after leaving my car at the repair shop, the amount I was told was different. Too late then! Your stuck with them. The lying by them then begins.Joseph and Arnold lied repeatedly after I pointed out my prior discussion, where I stood there the first day, while Arnold put everything in the computer, telling me that my Progressive claim number was the identifying number I’d need to retrieve it. He was well aware I’d be paying, as don’t have rental coverage. He said for a smaller SUV $33 a day (dropping the cents), and with the taxes and everything it would come to $44 a day was the cost, for a one week rental from a Wednesday. This already was a high price, as the same rentals were half this price or less until recently. Later, I complained about the price when originally picking up the car from Joseph, since he was saying $69 a day was the normal rental. Then another time after that I was told $100 dollars a day was normal, speaking to them both a couple times over the phone, like after the rental went past 5 days, hearing from Joseph that they’d only charged me for 5 days, $312 on the original receipt, even though neither party had ever said 5 days, I’d only ever stated 7 days, as wasn’t even going to be back in town until 7 days later as had to work out of town.I went there originally to get the quote because this was a $1533 minor body damage issue with the car, that didn’t have to be repaired at all, as the car was completely functioning and drivable, and if the cost was too high I just didn’t have to do it at all. It’s ridiculous to be told one price and show up and find out it’s higher. That’s bad business!Now charged $416 for 7 day car rental on a small car.Do not do business here!

The reps were nice. The storefront was clean. The car provided was adequate. The manager even sent a rear message letting me know I could communicate through text or phone if any issues arose while I had the car rented out. The best thing about this location is that they ALWAYS answered the phone when I called. I called locations in Rosenberg, Richmond, and Sugarland, and none of them answered the phone. All 5 locations I called, the phone rang for 7min & 30sec, which is ridiculous.

terrible service!!! employees are very uninformed of their own policy!!! denied me using my venmo debit mastercard and was very adamant about it and refused to even try to insert the chip! shortly after, i get home and check their policy and surely enough i was right, very livid with my situation my car is totalled and i am relying on them and my insurance to help me and they did not even try. do not recommend.

Be aware that if you return your rental, at a different location of Enterprise Rent a Car, you will be charged $50.00!!!I rented my vehicle from the SW location on Sw Fwy, near Bissonnet Street. But, I have to returned at the Enterprise that is at Sterling Mccall Nissan In Stafford. My car was approved on a Saturday, after hours, when the Sw office was already closed. I could not drive two cars at once, so, I dropped it at the Enterprise office of Stafford. I came back on Monday to the Staffird location, and this office closed the deal but, they knew what they were doing, because they could not print an stament for me. And the one they sent by email, did not work either. The customer service at this office at Stafford is really bad...deplorable! After a long time waiting, I had to beg one of the employees to close my deal.When I communicated to the Sw office, I left a message for Ms Lang, the manager to call me about it, she never did, not even a message, an email or something. I asked her female staff to tell her to call me, before I place this review. I explained the female staff of the Sw office, why I was so angry about it. I was able to talk to Customer service Enterprise, and they could not do anything for me. Bad, bad service in the whole Enterprise company!!Why does Enterprise said that you can return the car at any place? That is a lie, they will charge you, without asking $50!!!! Be aware of this charge of $50.00, and to communicate with Enterprise is very hard, you are alone!!!

The new manager Joseph always picks up the call. He is very easy to work with, professional and will accommodate you the best he can. Arnold the other associate who picked me up and drop me off at the body shop is also very nice and professional. I tried calling other locations before and the rep was not always nice or they don’t pick up the call at all. I highly recommend this location for your rental car needs.

I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the past and I have always been pleased. Joseph Salazar at the 6628 Wilcrest location in Houston went over and above to help me get my rental car renewed without a hassle. My car was hit by another person, at first my insurance company had to carry the cost of the rental until fault was established. But then I had to switch to other person's insurance provider which is not a well known company.I am so appreciative of Joseph's kindness in a situation that has been stressful for me.
