I had a poor experience when I was hit by another driver. An incorrect suv reservation cost me money. Staff was generally polite but seemed incompetent. They assured me they would change the reservation and fix the problem- this did not happen. There are too many other car rental companies. Avoid the hassle and run-around, go somewhere else.

My car was hit from behind. During the repair, the other party's insurance contacted me to use a loan car here. I got a loan car that was in very bad condition, which showed the unsafety. I tried to contact them to exchange the car for me, the answer they got was that there was no car available for me. I know it was a waste of time. Where is my safety? Poor windshield wipers during stormy season. The undercarriage of the car will fall off.

Worst experience ever. I suggest you find another location that actually knows what they are doing. Rented a vehicle from another location and was asked to swap it out at this location. Guy behind the counter said "Because your not my customer I can't help you". If you rent from Enterprise are you not a customer of Enterprise? If I drove up in a Enterprise Rental with the rental agreement. Then who's customer am I??? Apparently not this locations customer.

Never have I experienced such poor customer service from an enterprise branch before this one. I came to this location in hopes to receive assistance replacing my current vehicle that I admittedly accidentally bumped which caused a leak that needed to get checked out. I walked in and immediately spoke to an employee named BJ. He went over the damage policy that was covered by my corporate account that he failed to get more information on therefore he told me that he could not replace my vehicle. I called enterprise to escalate which went to him but he essentially did nothing to help. I was left waiting for this situation to be resolved until the Lexus collision center closed. I hadn’t realized the branch manager, BJ, left without calling around to figure out where I could go to replace my vehicle and inform me on it. Will avoid using enterprise because of how unnecessarily exhausting this situation was.

Did not close out my rental and issue refund for deposit until 2 weeks later. While closing out my rental the lady filling in charged me instead of refunding causing me to have to wait 3-5 additional business days for both refunds causing overdraft fees. When asked why the refund was never originally issued and rental closed I got “This is not my location I don’t know why they didn’t close it out”. Horrible experience will go with another company outside the enterprise group moving forward.
