I never had such a frustrating experience renting a car. First of all the car was filthy. We had to stop pretty quick and wash the windows. Then the hold for $900 which was ok. Then they canceled the $900. Then they charged another $900. Then they called to see if we had a rent car and what was the license plate ?? Then they charged another $287 and then another $189. We took it back early and they could not find the $900 charge. They told us we had to send a picture of the charge to their accountant. Omg….they offered me a credit and I said I don’t ever want to rent here again. Give me the credit this time. Joshua said he’d call me back yesterday by 10 A.M. He did not. An awful lot of confusion here. I will go elsewhere next time. Not this location. Too frustrating for sure….these are the widows before we even drove off. Ugh.

Update. I rented another vehicle from this location and the car was dirty and had damages and the service light kept coming on. I returned the car in my Monday before closing and was charged a additional day

I had a fantastic experience with the car rental staff — truly outstanding service from start to finish. Ms. Green genuinely cares about customers, taking the time to listen carefully to my needs and helping me choose the right vehicle for my trip.
What impressed me most was how thoroughly she explained everything I needed to know, from rental terms to key details about the car. Her positive energy and kind smile made the entire process smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find such attentive and customer-focused service these days.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back next time. Thank you, Ms. Green, for going above and beyond!

I have been renting from enterprise for a very long time and have never had an issue renting a vehicle until today from this enterprise. I have been renting from another location and decided to try this location today. They treated me like I was someone off the street and were asking for documentation that should be in the system as I am a gold member! The girl at counter didn’t even want to work with me and was very stuck up. Very unprofessional and will never rent from this place again.

if I can give no stars I would very rude assistant manager CAMERON NOWELL I went to rent a car on the 8-8-2024 and was greeted when walked in the door it had two people ahead of me and and he told me another guy to bring up our keys. He was very rude like I had done something to him and He said he was going to close it out later so me and the other guy handed him the keys and I told him I needed a ride home he said he was the only one there and he couldn’t leave the facility so I was like OK. He cut me off and started talking to another customer and had me stand up there waiting for what he was about to say so I sat down and waited for 20 minutes till he finished with the other guy that he cut me off to talk to he started closing everybody elses rental out but never call me back up to close mines out so more people came in and he must of helped everybody else that was in the room and ignored me the whole time like I wasn’t even there was very nice to everyone that walked through the door that wasn’t of color basically after 30 minutes pass I asked him again can someone bring me home? He answered when the other lady get back she can bring you home else home so I said ok so i waited 30 more mins till the girl got back and I ask her if she was going bring me home and she said she have to ask the manager so the assistant manager told her they can’t bring nobody home after 4 PM I wasn’t told that in the beginning at all so I sat there for a whole hour and a half almost waiting until she get back my phone was dead I had no money on me and had to walk home 104 degree weather super hot outside i walked over 75 miles home I was drenched and sweat and have a medical condition. My back is so much pain my hips hurting, and when I walked out, it was like they didn’t even care that I didn’t have a ride home I would never ever in my life go to this place again and if I was anybody else, I wouldn’t go either because they lied to another lady that came in and said that they told her to come at six on the dot to get a car to rent and he sat there and lied and said he didn’t talk to nobody about no car and her husband said he called and said that somebody a male told him to come at six to pick the car up so the wife came and left work just to be there for six and they didn’t give her anything this place needs better management because that little boy and those little children that’s in there don’t know how to run nobody’s business to meeting and put them out of business

I had a reservation here but they stated that my rental was routed to another location. When we arrived at the other location, the employee said that's not true and there were no cars available. When I came back to talk to the employee, he did not seem to care and had us wait until someone returned a car to be cleaned. Would not rent a car from this location again after this experience

They ruined our family trip. We booked a suburban over a month ago for 4th of July weekend, and when it was time to pick up our veichle they tried to give us a jeep wagneer but we had to pay more for the veichle and deposit. When we refused and asked for the suburban we officially reserved over a month ago they said there was no suburban available. He also said he was trying to help us by offering us a more luxurious car for more money. Not reliable nor trustworthy, worst enterprise branch i have been too.

Avoid this location. Overcharged on two separate occasions. I only booked them again because of Geico’s Xpress program. Lesson learned.

From start to finish, my experience with Jessica Ryan at Enterprise was exceptional. She met me at the dealership with a spotless comfortable vehicle. Returning the car was a breeze, with friendly staff making the process seamless. Overall, I highly recommend this location for the top-notch service and quality vehicles.
