Learn from my mistake and trust the other reviews that say to avoid this location.The lack of customer service and ability to problem solve and some how still remain in business is an absolute mystery. Issues happen and that's okay, but the professional way to handle it is to already have solutions to offer before calling the customer. I was just told your reservation is canceled, but the rep Victoria felt it was okay they were doing this because she was giving me a "heads up" and then told me that I can just call around and find a new reservation. Calling me a week before my reservation over the holidays to give me a "heads up" is not professional nor a solution. At this point in the game there are not any more reservations and if there are they are double if not triple the price. They over committed themselves, these calls should have been made weeks ago when maybe there still was other availability from other brands.I asked the rep Victoria what they can offer to make this right and why they have not called around to other locations before calling me and I was hung up on. (2x because I called back) Aggravation in my voice? Yes, but not once did I swear, threaten or scream at her. Simply just went into problem solving mode, as I would like to see my family for Christmas. As someone who handles customer service for a living, I get it. With that I also get you don't hang up on an upset customer (understandably I was upset as my family Christmas plans were just ruined), if a customer starts making threats and/or is screaming and cursing, 100% okay to hang up on them, but that was not the case.This is a hard job and I empathize with Victoria, no one wants to be the bad guy calling to tell folks "hey your reservation for the holidays is canceled." However, as a rep if you're (real not fake) empathetic to your customer and can offer solutions (may not be perfect but something, effort counts), even delivering bad news you will have less angry and more understanding customers. A weeks "heads up" so I can "figure it out" is not a solution.Still totally mind boggling that this location did not even attempt to offer a resolution. I was not even offered simply a different class of vehicle or adjustment to dates. There are multiple locations nearby to call and ask for a vehicle from and I was told I can do that myself. I am not who overbooked reservations and created this mess. One would imagine the company who created the mess would at the very minimum try to offer solutions.Thank you to Corporate Enterprise customer service for making it right and saving Christmas for our family. Who apologized and explained Victoria and this location did not handle this properly and yes they should have tried to call nearby locations to see what they could offer me, before calling me to tell me your reservation is canceled (essentially tough cookies) Happy to give our money and business to another local Enterprise location. If i did not regularly rent from the Enterprise Group (Enterprise, Alamo, National) and know this is not how they normally do business, this experience would have completely tarnished the brand for me. Sad how easy 1 bad location and/or employee can do such harm to an entire brand.

The level of customer service at the I-10 and Gessner location is beyond exemplary. James is a car rental wizzard and understands the needs of his customers. Higly recommend this particlar location and James.

I went with a friend to pick up the car I was going to rent. The girl who served us was rude and unapproachable. We had arrived earlier than our appointment time, but I don't think it's the right thing to get mad at clients for being a little early. We waited an hour, and the guy who served us this time was very friendly. However, I do not recommend this car rental because if you are unlucky enough to be served by the girl it would be a bad experience.

We've used Enterprise for years, and they have always come through for us. We're happy to recommend this location too.We had a run of bad luck with our most recent rental arrangement, but the staff at Enterprise - particular shout-out to James - kept helping to make it right. The first car we were given was parked at our hotel, and overnight all four wheels were stolen from it - we came out the next morning to find it up on bricks. We let Enterprise know, and they had a new vehicle waiting for us within an hour or so.Unfortunately, that car had been detailed to within an inch of its life, and the perfume from whatever they used was so overpowering as to make us feel ill - and we're not people who usually react to scents. We tried to air it out but no go, so contacted Enterprise again and asked to switch. They did so and we were given a car that didn't have the scent issue.This location isn't the MOST convenient, as you have to drive straight out onto the busy access road (not sure why they stopped having regular cars at the nearby location just a little north up the beltway) but this is a good substitute.

I would like to give a good review to Michael at the 10104 Katy Freeway location that helped me rent a vehicle to replace my damaged car on October 16. He arranged to have me picked up at my home so I could come and get the rental. He was very valuable to me.

This is the most kind, professional, and helpful location. James B is usually there when I go in and makes sure I have everything sorted for quick in and out service, which as a business traveler I couldn’t appreciate more.

Car was supposedly filled with gas. Guess half tank is the new full. Vehicles needed to be washed.Was also told no pets, the rear hatch was full of pet hair.Staff was great, vehicle prep not so much.

Avoid this location. Initially my insurance booked an exotic. I felt this would only raise the total claim amount so I requested a standard rental and my reservation was transferred to a standard location.The level of service drastically dropped. After speaking to the manager, Michael regarding my experience I opted to rent from a different company.Enterprise only seemed interested when they could max out my rental insurance reimbursement.
