Listen to the comments they are rude & ignore calls non stop. Didn’t get one single call answered when I tried multiple times for two days until I reached out to the customer service phone number manager called back rude & with an attitude stating incorrect information on the rental agreement. No range of selection of vehicles available either over all bad experience.

When I came in with a reservation and they couldn't fill it, they just said "go somewhere else, it doesn't make sense to rent from us and we need to have a reason to rent to you."

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH FOR MANY DIFFERENT REASONS!!!!I went through 3 (THREE!) different rental cars with this location. Each vehicle had its own issue. First one had previously been wrecked and not fixed, second one the steering wheel rattled when accelerating over 55 on the highway and finally the 3rd one broke down on me in the middle of a busy street. 3 rental cars in 3 weeks. I ended up getting a rental car from the IAH airport enterprise (in which they asked what branch it was being towed from and i was informed that it’s a common issue for cars to be traded in from THIS branch!!)From what I have known about rental cars, you DO NOT have to return to same location of enterprise from picking up. Conveniently my collision center was down the street from one and the collision center told me to leave it there and the branch down the street would pick it up. I get a call today, stating i should not have done that because the collision center is not one they recommend and if they would’ve been made aware they would’ve told me to get a rental elsewhere. Insurance is who told me to go through enterprise so negative. Now they haven’t closed my rental ticket (2 days later) and the car has been rented out. I called to get an update on my ticket being closed and the guy didn’t even take a chance to ask if there was one and automatically told me there wasn’t. I am HIGHLY disappointed and will not be going back to this branch.

First of all they lied and told my son they were sold out because they didn’t want to give him a vehicle for the amount the insurance authorized, and then they said they would call him back after an escalation but never did. This was around 11am, and you could reserve all vehicle classes on their website with no issue for private paying customers. Since vehicles appeared to allow reservations, he called He called back and they reiterated the same lie by that agent who also stated they were “sold out” across Houston. He came in person to see if he could get better assistance and got smirked off. Preston said he had no cars, smiled and then said to come back the next day. He did and they gave him a dirty car with 40 miles left in the tank, someone else’s ID and cards, pet hair galore, definitely not clean, and claims that is their” policy” to put gas in the car. Preston also refused to come out and look at how dirty the car was rudely stating they cleaned it. Interesting concept considering how identification of another person was in the vehicle, along with credit cards and cash app cards and his social. Oh and his Lowe’s employee card. Sure thing! You definitely cleaned it and violated the privacy of another renter with your version of what clean is! When that was brought to his attention, Preston said they must not have seen it, but it was clean.UPDATE: The complaints filed with customer service were addressed in person by the district manager after my son’s attorney called (from the accident), and another vehicle that was clean and had gas was provided. Preston became a different person once his boss arrived. Hopefully, he learns a little about proper customer service moving forward.

I recently rented a car from this location after dropping off mine for a repair at the dealership. The car I received was rundown with over 50k miles. I asked them to replace my car and all I heard was that I needed to pay more to get another car. I refused so they put me down on waiting list for another car, when I received the other car it was very much the same if not worse. When my rental was done, enterprise knew that the dealer was supposed to pay for the charges, yet they charged me the full amount. It took a lot of back and forth to fix that. Overall it was a bad experience.

This has got to be one of the best enterprise locations that we have ever dealt with! Preston Judd was amazing from start to finish! Regina was so kind as well. Their level of customer service is unmatched! What started out to be a stressful morning ended up being 1000 times better after I left their office. If sunshine was bottled up in a person/location- it would be this one. Thank you so much for you kindness, patience and your help!! I look forward to renting from this location when we visit Houston again.

My experience with Desiree was phenomenal! I needed a rental after an accident and after calling multiple Enterprises, she was able to find a rental for me the same day. She kept me up to date on whether or not there were cheaper rentals and consistently followed up on how satisfied I was with the rental. Should I ever need a rental for travel, or (God forbid) another accident then I won't hesitate to rent from this location! Oh and not to mention that my rental (Chrysler 300) was spotless when I received it! Thanks again Desiree!

Both lady's working at the front desk suck! Very rude and have mean faces on there face. Each time you ask a question they make a mad face and they just looked very annoyed. One was eating chicken while she was helping me. I am currently renting a vehicle with them and I'm even scared to go back to drop off the vehicle.

The manager here Regina is very attentive,personable, and definitely dedicated to her customers. Always caring and making sure you get top value service along with your rental choice. Houston has an abundant amount of Enterprise location near my home but I chose to drive to location because of Regina's repore with us. If there is ever a problem, even after hours she is a phone call away. I definitely recommend anyone whether it's a long term rental or just simple 1 day return rental , please go to this location. It's greatly deserved because of Ms.Regina attributes.

I don’t know why i didn’t listen to the reviews smh. I made a reservation and they called me to confirm all the details and got my address. When I got there REGINA was so rude, saying that I can’t get my rental car because of my address being more than 5 miles despite me confirming it on the phone.

The staff at this location is friendly, helpful, expedient, and just really nice people. I have rented several times just in recent months, and will be renting again soon. The quality of service,both staff and the cars, is exceptional. Thanks to all the staff members!

My experience was pretty phenomenal with Regina. She was great, polite and explained the process . In fact gave me options to choose a vehicle, they had available at that time.She also followed up to make sure everything was working fine with me.5stars for her !!!!! Next time I am looking for rental vehicle I will be back at this location.Ask for Regina! She’s great.

the staff working at the car rental branch is very bad and unent, Your service attitude is not good! Your staff has a distinction of skin color, language, I faked the rental car this morning at 8:30 a.m. Your staff since I rented the car the staff did not serve well, I faked the car and you guys did it. difficult man!

I had a reservation code through my auto insurance co. Enterprise agent refused to assign me a rental car without a copy of my car insurance policy. My auto insurance co had reserved a rental car at this specific Enterprise Car Rental address. Al, the had to do was refer to the paper work that my car insurance co sent them when the car rental was reserved in my name with the reservation code. I mentioned this to theEnterprise agent several times. However, she ignored me & served the next 6 customers who came in AFTER me. After waiting for one (1) hour without service I was understandably irritated & frustrated. When I asked noticeably irate & fed up with the unnecessary one (1) hour wait while customers one after another who came in after me were seen before me. I asked when can I get my rental car reserved-for me with a reservation code. The Enterprise agent told me my attitude was unacceptable & she would not provide me with the rental car that my car insurance co had specifically reserved for me. As a result ot the Enterprise agent's illegal refusal to rent me my reserved car & even though I had since received my car insurance policy number from my insurance company. Something the Enterprise agent could have done initially in no more than a couple of minutes with the paperwork from my car insurance co she already had in her possession. The agent told me my attitude was inappropriate & she was not going to allow me to rent a car with them. The problem with that is after calling numerous Enterprise car rentals in the area. NONE of them had rental car in the price range covered by my insurance.One Enterprise rental told me they had a 7 day waiting list. When I spoke with another Enterprise car rental. I was told that the agent at the Enterprise car rental that refused to rent me the vehicle reserved for me was breaking the law & company policy. Furthermore, insisting that I provide my car insurance policy. While ignoring fact she already had my policy # with the reservation code issued by my car insurance co. to Enterprise. IMO the agent was trying to coerce me to buying Enterprise's car insurance at their high rates. Although I already have full coverage with my own insurance. It's common knowledge car rental agencies will try to get clients to purchase their exorbitant car insurance. This agent was overly aggressive & crossed a legal barrier. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily in 48 hours I will proceed with an attorney in my behalf to rectify this nefarious business practice.
