Came to get a letter notarized. Had to make some changes to it and have it reprinted, that was the only efficient part. They apparently only accept cash? My total fee was $6.00. All they did was waste my time because who doesn’t accept card or other forms of payment? The lady who attended me was very shut off and rude as well. Poor customer service and not adaptable to multiple forms of payment so I do not plan on returning.

Ericka charges way too much, people need their refunds most of the time and she will take a good amount. She’s really nice but doesn’t explain throughly. This is my second year filing (me thinking she was going to charge the same fee this year) and she doubled the fee, to me 600 is way too much for 5 minutes it took to file… I will not recommend and will not be back for your services.

I personally believe they charge way too much. I used to go with someone else and I was fine with that but mom been insisting me to go to this place so I was like… ok, fine mom I’ll give it a try.If you offer to pay cash, they wont accept because that way they can subtract as much as they possibly can from your check but they don’t let you know the exact amount being charged.I was allowed to pay cash maybe because it was my first time but my mother was not allowed to pay cash, the man there told her that they were going to subtract the fee from her reimbursement. She even gave him her account number for direct deposit, but then they call her telling her that the check was ready at their office, she was confused since it was supposed to be direct deposit.she would receive 1363 but they only gave her a check for 995, total scam.Mi mamá pueda que no se fije pero yo si me fijo la mala gente que se aprovechan especialmente de los señores y señoras porque según no revisan las cosas pero yo si le reviso todo a mi mamá porque siempre hay gente que se pasa mala y llega a tener por robarle a los demás. I would give zero stars but there’s no way to leave a comment without rating first. ??I understand charging a lot when the reimbursement is big like when there are dependents, but she’s not even claiming any dependents don’t be ridiculous.
