Update!! After living here in Payson, Az guess what I see driving through town one of your moving trucks!!!!!!!!! You should be ashamed!
I spoke to several representatives that said they would deliver to our location and now when we are weeks away from our move they are not willing to deliver. You should not call yourself a Christian company!

AVOID!!! We had everything scheduled for our move with this company, and then, shortly before the move, this company bailed on us!! Now we're scrambling to find a better moving company at the last second! Do yourself a favor and stay away from Estes SureMove... I promise you can find a better, more reliable company!

HORRIBLE! Please don't use this company! They will be late and, when you ask about the Estes on-time guarantee, only then will they say that "it only applies in certain circumstances". What a joke. Even their own drivers talk bad about them. I am far from rich, but I would much rather spend the extra money going with anyone else rather than Estes. Rip off!

Very quick and efficient survive, saved me 2 thousand dollars since I went through this company rather than uhaul. Will be using them for any long distance move I have from here on out.

We moved from Southern California to the Houston area in October, 2019. Estes Suremove did everything as promised. We arrived at our new home in TX and the trailer was parked in front of the house ready to be unloaded. The Suremove team was easy to contact and they made sure our 1500 mile relocation was without any issues. Suremove had the best price for the entire 28' trailer, beating Upack/ABF and Old Dominion. We have recommended Suremove to others and they have been happy with Suremove.

Estes SureMove gave me an extremely competitive price, much better than some of the competitors like ABF. The trailer was delivered and picked up on time. The trailer arrived a day early, and the arriving terminal was extremely helpful in rescheduling my delivery date one day early. I moved from Los Angeles to Houston and the trailer made it there in 6 days - pickup to delivery.

Estes Sure Move met every commitment that they made in our move from VA to TX. They were the most cost effective way that we found to move our belongs (which completely filled (2) 28' foot trailers). Suremove was roughly half the cost of their most direct competitor and a third the cost of using pods. Every contact was professional and courteous. Their ramp system is simple, safe and easy to use. We don't want to move again for a long time, but we would use them again without question.

I would highly recommend for a move. Reliability for a good price! Communication is great--Anne is very on top of things and is very responsive. The one note I would have is if you're doing a live load or unload (driver stays with truck instead of dropping it off) be sure the people you line up for loading / unloading have flexibility as the window when the truck arrives is ~4 hours.

We moved to a different state. They were clear and accurate from day one. Once they gave me a quote, they honored it, not like other companies which their prices go up every time you call due to shortage of trucks. I recommend Estes SureMove very highly for people that wants to relocate.

Estes Express Lines... totally disaster.. one they never came to pick up the first scheduled delivery. We should of known to get someone else.. we reschedule and we got to today wow... the lack of incompetence from the pick up guy was ridiculous! I was trying to explain to him that i have to get permission for the pallet to be open, and he's telling me that i didn't care about what was happening, that I'm just on my phone. I'm on my cellphone to get permission, who are you to make those remarks and that attitude? I had to get another coworker involved so we could get this going. I will never use them ever again, the lack of costumer service is ridiculous. You would think because they are a big business they would have better costumer service. If you want horrible service and reschedule pick up hire them.
