we brought the car in for roof, mirror, and grills wrapping. He said the job will probably around 4-5 hrs but ended up we had to left it for overnight n he said the job needs more time. We got pissed and argued over the text message and ended up we picked it up on the next day at 9am When we got there, we disagreed on the prices, n we got into big argument. He snatched the key out from my friend's pocket and locked the gate, so I had to called the police. So, the problem is not solving after police came , ended up I had to paid the full amount of $400 that TJ Obeid(owner) requested. After we left the shop, went home and check around the car to see his work. It was messy job for the mirror and the roof, I checked around from the other shop and they all said the same thing that whoever this wrapped should redone for us. So I contacted Mr.Tj again and he said he will not fix it and he will put me in jail if I come near to his shop. As a customer I paid full for his labor, and Im not satisfied of his job, I wanted to be fix n he's rejected. I had all the ugly texts msg from him. This is a dishonest shop/services. We got into bad relationship with this man but I paid full amount, i should get my job done correctly...

I took my car here after an accident because my brother referred this place and said it was his friends shop. This was a huge mistake. -he kept my car for at least 3 months. Yes, I said months. -he promised GENUINE parts for my car, insurance PAID for genuine parts. Yet on my car, it was aftermarket. -there were NO brackets attaching the sensors to my rear bumper. So they fell in. -he didn't bother even replacing a sensor. -he stopped answering my calls/messages for weeks at a time. -when I came to get my car, he wasn't there for me to confront him about how unprofessional the entire situation was. Instead, there were 2 HIGH SCHOOL students working on my car. When I asked them about why the rear bumper wasn't aligned, the front bumper had a part literally HANGING down, they couldn't give me an answer. I took pictures, called TJ, and to no surprise, he didn't answer. This has singlehandedly been the absolute worst and unprofessional business I've ever experienced. I'm not sure how a business is ran this bad and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. There is absolutely no integrity in his work. It's sad to say, he might actually be a wonderful mechanic, but the work he did doesn't reflect it.
