So happy I was able to make it and found out they are open till 10pm! This place was wonderful and the staff weee all sweet. Ann was amazing and there was never a dull moment with her! Will always come back when I’m in Houston area.

Had a horrible experience today. Walked in, and a man kept yelling for Mai to come out and assist me with my pedicure. When Mai came out, you can tell she did not want to service me. She had an attitude the whole time and rushed the whole process. I will not be going back here.

I would NEVER recommend this place. They lie about what colors they have, they get upset when you choose a color and the bring you different color and you explain that’s not the color you asked for.
All of their tools are dirty. They do not clean anything and use it on everyone. They have terrible customer service.
If you want cheap nails done terribly then this is your place. If you want a decent experience, spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible service. Went in for soak off and over lay and they literally had me soaking off my nails for one hour while they kept doing other peoples nail at and letting other clients still come in right before closing time when they weren’t even done with me. Don’t come in here unless you want your time wasted.

Worst pedicure I've ever had. I'll admit it has been a while since i had my feet done so they were worse for wear. But this is the first pedicure that when leaving my feet did not feel softin the slightest.The older lady that did my toes barely scrubbed my feet and didn't touch the sides of my toes at all ,then she cut me twice when cutting my cuticle. The paint is dull like she didn't put enough clear coat. My niece got her nails done at the same time and the young man did a great job it took a while only because they had him bouncing from customer to customer it seemed he was the only who knew what he was doing. He is the only reason for the 2 stars

Mrs. Anna did an amazing job with my eyebrows and manicure today. They are super sweet and offer a drink from there bars. Worth the money.

They suck so bad now cuztimer service sucks me my daughter and friend got our nails done the shellac is off my nails in 2days and her nail bent lol no you should get kim back in there and better nail techs

This Nail Salon I've ever been to. The atmosphere is so refreshing and relaxing. Danny did my eyebrows, nails. and pedicure absolutely wonderful
