Had my Fry boots re-soled here and two weeks the heel came off. He did fix for free and I’m seeing some reviews that he also shined them for free. I did not receive that courtesy. Seeing mixed reviews here but and I’m more kind of venting just seems like a shine was warranted based on me having to go back.
