Rented a medium size storage space here in the past year and they increased my monthly rate out of nowhere twice! Be aware. It’s really nice facility but they increase rates once you’re in. Really bummed because it’s a good facility but I can’t afford their increasing rates. First time after the first few months was 50% increase and after 1 year, it’s 100% increase, so paying double starting at $158 to now asking me for $334 per month! I can’t believe it. So disappointed.

I recently needed to upgrade to a different storage unit, and Erica and CJ made the process so smooth. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. Honestly, I wouldn’t have continued doing business with Extra Space Storage if it weren’t for them. They’re a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. Highly recommend!

Horrible place. I signed a $79 a month rental unit that they drastically increased to $110 out of nowhere. Absolutely unacceptable. Once you signed the lease, they will increase it. Be wary.
