I'm extremely happy with the service I received. From the start of the reservation to move in, the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. They take their time to make sure you're receiving everything you need and to answer any questions you may have. They explained everything up front and the property is extremely clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend this facility

They screwed the main door to my unit. Never picked up my phone call. Never do business with them. When the least you can do is inform your customers of access changes or facility maintenance in a simple phone call or text. To top it off their manager is indefinitely unavailable via phone. If you can afford to, put your stuff somewhere else.

Stopped at extra space storage to see some units Cody store manager was a huge help and helping us decide what kind of unit we needed and what could be stored in it. This was outstanding customer service by Cody we can't thank him enough for all his help
