One of the two elevators in this massive facility has been out for almost a year. Nobody can give you an answer on when it's going to be up and running again. If there's a moving crew here moving somebody's entire house into storage forget about use of the other elevator.

I had a great call with Ashley the store manager and I was able to figure out all the answers to my questions in a 2 min, kind and thorough conversation on how to move out.
