Very clean and well managed facility. Randi was great to work with from explaining all the options to having the storage area ready for me to access with lock and carts just outside my storage space. I would definitely recommend them to everyone needing a storage space in this area

If you have a unit a the space center blvd location in Houston, make sure to receive help from Mr. Andy. He was a great guide throughout the whole process and helped me out truly.

I’m extremely disappointed with Extra Space Storage. I’ve only been renting a unit for three months and just received a notice that my monthly rate is increasing from $45 to $90 — that’s double what I’ve been paying. At no point was I told that $45 was a promotional price or that there would be such a dramatic increase. Notice says the adjustment is based on current market conditions. And the rate change goes into effect to the extent permitted by applicable law. SMH.
Instead of gradually raising the rates, they doubled the price. Had I known this was going to happen, I never would’ve moved from my previous storage facility.
This feels misleading and unfair to loyal customers. I've used Extra Space Storage several times over the last 6 years and they have never raised the rates while I was there. So much for trying to save money...lol.

Great storage location! They have large units that will fit everything you need. Randi is the manager and she is very helpful. She made she sure my billing was correct and I knew how to access the property. Highly recommend this storage!!!

My organization has been a customer of this particular Extra Space Storage for 2 years. Randi and Andy have both been so helpful. We recently were able to move to a smaller unit and they helped make that transition easily happen. I chose this location because of its proximity to my home. I’m especially glad I made that choice because of the friendliness and kindness of Randi and Andy.
