The unit is OK, as are the grounds and access to the facility. But the payments process has gone down hill since I started. I used to pay annually. Now they no longer allow that. Why? It seems a losing position for them. They could have the use of my money for a year. There would be less hassle billing, fewer credit card fees. What do they have against annual payments?
