I’m a total night owl so I enjoyed accessing my storage at 2 AM in the morning. Also, the lady I spoke with on the phone to vacate my space was very professional and sweet. I appreciate the customer service.

I needed a storage and they were so helpful and the young lady that was there at extra space was so helpful and she was very nice this was 06/28/2024. She made me smile cuz I was going through something that day and she put a smile on my face

I reserved my unit online, signed the lease and got everything Squared away without leaving my house. I wasn’t able to make it to the unit right away and Robert called and left a voicemail make sure everything was ok. When I returned the call, I spoke with Yolanda and she couldn’t have been more nice and helpful. Great experience and happy with my service!

This is my first time renting a storage. Yolanda was professional and delightful! I had many questions since this is my first time renting. She answered all of my questions and concerns.
